I was at the restaurant in December and ordered the Chicken Club meal to go. The store was busy but the service was fast. I live a half a mile from the restaurant. When I got home and opened up my meal it was cold. The fries were rubbery and the cheese was not melted on the chicken!
So, tonight I thought I’d give Chick-fil-A a try. The restaurant was busy. The service was friendly and quick. And, once again my food was cold!

I prefer Chic-fil-a as my go-to fast food restaurant. While they are pricier, I find their food to taste better and be more consistent with quality in general than other fast food places.
The Fruitville Pike location can get pretty crazy, though I know this and expect it to be that way at any time. It is great that their drive thru has the two lanes with employees outside taking the orders, as well as having food brought out as it is ready which helps move the line along quite nicely. It does get crowded very easily, making it challenging to get out of the parking lot from drive thru.
For dine-in, I have been there with my daughter around 11am and was able to find a seat easily while getting there after 12, we have stood waiting for a table to become available. That part is frustrating, though, again, I expect it and will avoid at certain times. The staff was fantastic and actually helped us find a table. Finding a parking spot can be difficult, backing out is even more of a challenge when they are busy. That is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Parking and navigating the area is not my favorite there.

Incredible! Not only is the service superb, but the food is also excellent. The play place is perfect for the kids, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Doesn’t taste like normal fast food, would recommend to anyone who loves fresh food! Easy 5 Stars

This Chick-Fil-A is the nicest chick I’ve ever been to. The workers are the nicest people I’ve ever met. When I started to walk towards the door one of the workers said “Let me get that for you!” And ran to open it. Then at the second door, a worker was inside holding it for me. All of these workers deserve raises. And I know the manager runs a tight ship. If you have the time, take a visit to Chick-fil-A Lancaster.

We used the online ordering and picked up our food inside! This was a lot easy than waiting in the long drive-thru lined. Great service and the chicken noodles soup really hit the spot! The bowl of Macaroni and cheese was like homemade too! I will be back soon for more. My son loved the spicy chicken sandwich too..

Very courteous staff. (As usual) we got there about 20 minutes before closing, the drive through was long, and it was moderately busy inside, but they kept the lines moving. I could tell they were tired, but they were upbeat. Annnd! we had our food in less then 10 minutes! Also thank you to the woman cleaning the bathrooms!

Driving from DC to Phillie (using the long road to see the Amish) we stopped in this Chick-fill-A we really enjoyed it! The staff was very pleasant and nice, the food really good, so really happy with this stopover.
