My chicken was not a golden brown but dark brown. Over cooked. Dry. My frozen coffee was small and not filled to the top of cup. I was given one sauce packet. Not a typical experience. But first time at location. It wasn’t even busy. I was first in line. And only one in line. No reason for over cooked dry food.

Spicy chicken biscuit, the biscuit was so buttery, it made me want another, I had a free brownie from my rewards so I wanted to use it before it expired, the brownie is so underrated this thing was so delicious, I’m debating if the cookie or the brownie is better, it’s hard because both are pretty delicious, milkshakes are amazing, the limited peppermint is the best, not over powering like other restaurant chains milkshakes. Lunch is a lot better imo, but it’s a good idea to give breakfast a try if you get sick of lunch. I also love how the restaurant gets new flowers every week, they’re so beautiful especially I myself love flowers, it makes the restaurants atmosphere feel cozy and clean.

I have ordered catering from here at least a dozen times. I get that they’re new and maybe it isn’t absolutely perfect yet. But EVERY time I order and go I’m met with absolute courtesy, a smile, and the most important: incredible food. These folks are doing their jobs, and they’re doing an exceptional job. They do their best to accommodate needs and work to make your day better. I would highly recommend this location, especially for catering.

*update – I gave 5 stars because the restaurant is nice and the location is great. I have to change it to 1 star. The wait times haven’t gotten any better. Instead of ordering ahead, I started ordering at the drive-thru because it comes out faster. This last time I ordered curbside and said I was there and it still wasn’t ready by the time I actually got there. To make matters worse, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was missing the grilled chicken. Hopefully someone steps in and makes some changes.
Great location and lots of space for the traffic. The food is consistently good like other chick fil as. My only critique would be the drive thru service. Orders seem to be prepared out of order. About 4 cars ordered at the window after my check-in and received their food before us. They did a good job of addressing the delays by giving customers gift cards without being prompted. Being a new location i imagine things will get more efficient. Other than that, the service is great and the food is great.

I was so happy when this location finally opened up. It’s only a 5 min drive from my apartment, and I’ve been an avid chikfila fan for years. Wait times can be a little on the higher end right now, but it is a new location, so I do not want to penalize them. The few times I’ve gone after work, they’ve been great with the communication and the food is always hot and fresh.

I helped this place SO much ! Literally put the whole establishment on my back . For them to terminate me , because I was given the wrong information from a TRAINER ! I’ll be sure to call corporate & the health department . Be aware of the food you eat there ! If its ever raw in the middle , they will put it back in for 45 seconds . Smh just disgusting ! Wait time is FOREVER ! ALWAYS short of staff ! Hire a bunch of kids & wonder why theyre drowning . Its awful you guys ⚠️ Save your money & time !

I was so excited to have this Chick-fil-a the 10 minutes from work unlike the other 4 that are all 20 min. I understand they are new but I also know corporate has operating standards. This location has the slowest speed of service I have ever received from a chickfila. The orders have never been accurate. And the employees are not attentive, are unaware and do not implement the Core 4 in their interactions. I’m really hoping it will improve in the very near future.

Best Chick-fil-a in Harrisburg!! The staff is amazing, super friendly and always ready to help! The food is always fresh and the store is kept VERY clean. I’ve never had a bad experience with this location. The staff is trained well and sets the standard of going above and beyond!

Not sure why so many negative comments, I absolutely love this location. Staff are always freindly, foods always hot, and just over all great atmosphere. The service person that took my order Rosie has amazing hospitality. Workers like her are hard to find. Great job team!!! I will definitely return.

Never had a negative chick-fil-a experience until this location opened. Went the first time and ordered in the mobile app before I even got to the store. I got to the store and there were 6 employees standing there doing absolutely nothing. Despite this, they left me sitting in line for 10+ minutes, then made me pull around and park and wait another 5-10 minutes for an order the wasn’t even correct. I tried to call the store to report the issue multiple times, nobody answered. I called corporate and got a rep who promised to refund the salad, but she never did. Then against my better judgement, I ordered again through DoorDash and the fries were ROCK hard, items were missing, no sauces or dressings. Again, I tried to call the store and nobody answered. I then had to waste 40+ minutes dealing with DoorDash and Chick-fil-a corporate to get it sorted out, which it never truly was. This location is wildly incompetent and I am so disappointed because when I heard they were opening, I was literally counting down the days. The owner is clearly in over their head here!
