The issue has not been resolved. Several days ago, a family member ordered me a salad and I got no dressing (we checked; it was ordered). Tonight we ordered 5 mayo packets (allowable in app and the only sauce my spouse prefers) and received 1. I can’t tell if the location limits the number of condiments in orders by design or if it’s poor work. Either way, this may be a “first world problem”, but it’s unacceptable. If people are paying $10-15 per meal, they deserve to have it done correctly. It’s so bad at this location that I wonder if it’s by design or poor training. That it hasn’t changed says a lot. I probably won’t be getting my office staff catering from here or any CFA anymore. It’s clear nobody cares.
What a change from the early days of CFA, when one of their distinguishing characteristics was their flawless order accuracy.

If you’re expecting Chik-fil-A food quality and a clean facility, you’re in luck. If you’re expecting Chik-fil-A order accuracy, you will absolutely not find it here.
My family was very excited when we heard a CFA was being established locally. It was an otherwise rare treat on the road elsewhere and the experience was always great. Elsewhere, we frequently commented to one another how we needn’t check the bag before leaving. It’s been a while now, and we’ve given up on this location. The order accuracy is reliably unreliable. Nearly every single time we request 5 mayo (my spouse’s beloved condiment for sandwich and fries), we get 2 or 3. My salad dressing packets have been completely absent at least 3 times. Recently, an entire sandwich was missing, which we discovered after we got home to eat. I’ve given online feedback numerous times and received the token treat or reward (appreciated), but there has been no delta in service. The problem is so common that I cannot ascertain if these events are random or if this reflects a systematic attempt at depriving customers of their condiments (which are paid for). The staff are very pleasant and do try to remedy the deficiencies, but enough is enough.
To whomever manages or owns this location, a workflow/quality process intervention is necessary. Your location is not meeting the Chik-fil-A standard.

Abysmal order accuracy
Recommendation: Don’t leave this CFA without thoroughly checking your order. It is *not* the typical CFA experience.

We went here around lunchtime on 12-31-25, and everyone was just wonderful and so personable. The staff just made it such a great experience. My youngest son accidentally got hurt in the play area and they were so helpful and showed compassion. Thank you so much to all the staff at the Lebanon location, all of you are absolutely wonderful.

This location has a very friendly staff. And is very clean. Being able to sit at your table is a great option. You order and they deliver to your table. The food is always delicious and the milkshakes are a great way to finish your meal. They are always busy but you never have to wait very long.

I have gone to this location several times. I have both gone through the drive-thru and dined in. The food is always good and hot, and the workers are always kind and caring. The atmosphere is family friendly and I love their contemporary decor. Five stars.

We went for lunch. There were a few people ahead of us, but our order was still taken quickly. And our food came out just as fast. The lady who took our order was super nice and patient. We have never eaten in the restaurant in Lebanon, PA. We normally use the drive through. Tonight we stopped in for a quick dinner with the family. We were greeted by Marty. He was so friendly and personable. We talked to him about the new menu options and he explained them in detail and was so nice to talk too. We received our drinks and sat in the dining room. Marty brought our food quickly and it was fresh and hot! Marty’s customer service was excellent! He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we ordered and needed to have a great dinner! What a wonderful experience! We will definitely patronize this location again!

This is a redo of a review.I left before for Gabrielle at the Lebanon location My family and I were in for dinner about a year or so ago, and she was very helpful because they had run out of soup. We had stopped in right before close .And she helped us get our soup and helped with the entire meal.And with all the additions that I had to make to it. I just wanted to say she was lovely through all of it, and did a terrific job, and was on point, whenever we needed anything at all. She took initiative and solved our issues quickly and without a lot of fuss.
I did see where management did respond to us regarding the original review.But when I talked to her today at the restaurant, she didn’t seem to remember it, and didn’t seem to remember if it had an impact or not.So I wanted to make sure that she got a commendation for her excellent service.
