Best Fast Food Joint of all time. The chicken actually looks and tastes like chicken. The waffle fries are great. Also they hire a lot of folks my age. I’m 76. They come to your table and talk to you. Ask if you need anything. I will be back.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while on a service call in my work truck. The parking lot was overflowing with vehicles and I expected a 20+ min wait for the food. In only a few minutes I was back on the road with a complete lunch for about $10. Excellent!

I hate their politics but I’d love their food. These people know how to run a fast food restaurant. I always get takeout and the service is always the best of any fast food chain. Also, the quality is uniform day in and day out no matter where you eat. I will say they’re on the edge of pricing themselves out of the fast food market.

The food here in fine. Typical. The customer service inside of the store is so unprofessional. That staff is rude. Unlike any children Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to… Everyone was talking trash when I came through the drive through about customers. They rarely say thank you and they are always distracted when I get to the window. It’s a bunch of children running this establishment I wouldn’t expect less. I’ll take the 15 minute drive to Mechanicsburg for exceptional courteous customer service.

I mean, it’s ok. I stopped going as much once they announced the change in their recipe. They no longer use the ‘good chicken’ and I don’t like that.
The last time I ate there which was shortly after the chicken quality swap, I was on the toilet for an hour. I’ll never eat their chicken again.

I’m not really the fast food type of person but we order from Chick-fil-A at our work place fairly often. The food is good and there are many different items to choose from. The people working the drive thru have always been super friendly and helpful when it was my turn to pickup our order. We have had a few minor problems with a few orders like wrong or missed drinks, missed fries but nothing major. Generally a simple phone to the store and results in someone willing to help with the situation. It is and will continue to be one of our go to places. Btw..I love the waffle fries.

My fries weren’t properly cooked and they were very salty. I never had this problem before with this location. Do better. I went to get something to eat from this place trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. My fries are never cooked right. Smh

Brought in approximately 27 guests. On prior visits this location(As all other locations) comped the driver. After waiting in line behind guest, I was informed that they no longer offer a comped meal to drivers. That is unfortunate. So I left without purchasing a meal. Will not visit nor recommend this particular Location in the future

Everytime we come to this location something is wrong w the order. Literally 4 FF in our box. Missing Mac and cheese this time. Staff seems constantly overloaded they pass you the bag and idk what the issue is but this is getting old. Sick of calling nothing gets fixed they only replace it w a free item which does nothing when order iterate constantly missing Everytime and we cannot eat it at the time we order

Seriously, this is my fast-food go-to. I’m not big on fast food in general, but this place is the one exception. Nothing else tastes like it. The chicken is always fresh, hot, and fast, and full fillets, not reconstituted patties. The service is always great, and the employees always polite.
