Do not get their salads. They clearly don’t sell enough for quick turnover because the lettuce is not fresh. I ordered the southwest salad and literally half of the lettuce is inedible. I picked it out because it was wilted, dried, and turned pinkish brown. They also use iceberg lettuce which is the cheapest option. There’s no value in this salad. They should give you FRESH lettuce with some spring mix and real cherry tomatoes instead of these massive GMO tomatoes. I’m very disappointed in Chick fil a for such a lack of quality control and lack or fresh ingredients as they raise prices on their menu. I filled out a complaint form hoping that the operating manager or someone at the leadership level would read it and respond. They need to do better. No excuses for cheap and poor ingredients.

Attention to the management team: PLEASE educate your crew members who are handling and assembling the sandwiches to make sure that they’re using CLEAN and WASHED lettuce. My lettuce was visibly dirty and covered with some light brown dusting. I was appalled. As a pregnant woman, this risk is dangerous for me to get sick from eating lettuce because the restaurant staff failed to follow that sanitation guidelines and standards for lettuce. Another point is the fries are way overly salted. I don’t know if people generally like that, but that is causing a major health epidemic with high blood pressure, heart disease, and kidney problems. They need to ease off on the salt. If customers want more salt, let them take those salt packets. That’s what it’s there for. I cannot order the fries here anymore because they’re that salty. Please don’t compromise on food quality. You will lose customers.

Asked for light ice in my drink. I got a cup full almost to the top of ice. It’s almost like you do this on purpose to punish someone for their audacity to ask for a cup with some liquid in it. I paid for a large drink and probably got the same amount of drink as a small. Also to add insult, the piece of chicken on my sandwich was way too thin. Must be shrinkflation. Do better.
Update. Now most of the time I come here the chicken is not good. It’s thin, tiny, and tastes burnt. Not impressed at all.

This location has a great 3 lane system in place for mobile pick-ups, and take-out orders. Despite the huge lines in this very busy area, they keep cars flowing very smoothly and steadily. Their staff is friendly and polite I person and through drive thru intercom. And the food we ordered (spicy deluxe sandwich and 12 piece) were warm and cooked great. We love this Chick-Fil-A

As expected this new location has the high level of service and food family with Chick-fil-A. Food was very fresh and hot. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. They do an amazing job managing crowds and drive through backups.

Wow these guys are top notch…. The lines are backed up to the main road but move really fast because of the great service. They get crazy busy. Staff is excellent and the food is always good.

Good location. Friendly, smiling service. The food came super fast and was really good. After we ate, the staff even came to pick up our trays and take away the trash, so we didn’t have to take it ourselves. I love this place!
