Great food as usual, however, this is the first Chick-Fil-A I’ve been to where the person behind the counter seemed to be in a bad mood – snapping at her coworkers and not exuding the pleasant attitude you expect from Chick-Fil-A. Located in a beautiful building with a lovely dining area! Very nice place to eat lunch and do some computer work… I’m sure it would be different though when school is in session.

Everything I’ve tried has been delicious — my favorites are the grilled and regular meals. You have to try their lemonade — perfectly sweet and refreshing! The waffle fries are top-notch, easily beating McDonald’s in both quality and flavor. The only reason I gave four stars for service is that a few staff members seemed a bit off — maybe it’s just the location vibe. Either way, I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Excellent service, delicious food, and a blessing to have Chick-fil-A on Grove City College campus! Not just for students, it is open to the community for both dine-in & takeout with dedicated parking. There is no drive-through window and, at this time, no mobile ordering or gift card purchases.

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt as if it was necessary. I waited 17 minutes for my food and the store was very much understaffed. The poor girl passing out orders (I didn’t catch her name.) seemed to be doing everything. She was passing out food, getting drinks for customers, refills, and handling issues. She seemed very stressed which was making everyone watching, including me, feel the same. The food was good and correct but the wait time and environment was subpar at best.

I always have a good experience. I pretty much refuse to go to any other fast food place. None compare to Chick-fil-A

If you are a student, this Chick-fil-A is great. It is in a convenient location and you can get meals each week as a part of your meal plan. If you are from the community, this location isn’t quite as good. It can be a bit tricky to find and is in the middle of the college. Also, if you show up at the wrong time, the line can be very long. The workers are mostly nice but some of them are not as fast at taking orders. Overall, this Chick-fil-A is about average.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and they’ve gotten my order wrong. I have celiac disease and can’t have gluten and I was specifically recommended to chick fil a because they have gluten free options. The first time I ordered a grilled sandwich with a GF bun and they gave me the regular bun. The second time, I order grilled nuggets and they gave me the breaded ones. Just a waste of money at that point because I literally can’t eat it. What’s the point in providing it if you completely ignore it.

Whoever Alli is, she needs to be fired. She is extremely rude. She claimed she called my name, when she did not. She gave my friend the wrong order which I assume was supposed to be my order. That was not my fault nor my friends fault. She then is speaking out loud saying my friend knowingly took my order, basically just saying we were wrong and she was right. She was also talking about my friend right in front of me and for all the other customers to hear. Very unprofessional and rude.

Waited about 35 minutes in line for subpar food. While waiting in the obnoxiously long line, multiple students cut in order to order with their friends. The food tasted old and we were overcharged for items that we never received. The food we did order was not made correctly and we were missing items from the order. Overall, very disheartening to see such poor quality food, service, and atmosphere in an otherwise usually above par restaurant.
