Not sure what has happened to this location. Maybe new manager or whatsoever but this is the dirtiest and nastiest Chick Fil A i have ever been to. The floor is so sticky and dirty, you can fall down and brake your neck. The tables and chairs were so sticky. This is just unbelievable. Never seen a place this dirty. So sticky and nasty

Drive thru forgot my sandwich and made the wrong drink. I called in to see what I had to do to fix this and Maggie, the manager, was so sweet about the process. She told me to just come back, ask for her and she compensated me with what I was missing along with an additional treat card for coming back to the store. I understand mistakes are made sometimes, and I truly appreciate how this team goes about resolving them!

We are driving from Washington PA and had an appointment at Grove City for my husband to get an MRI. Half way there we get a call saying the machine is down and we need to reschedule. We turned around and decided to stop for breakfast. Jennifer was amazing. We walked in and she was bubbly right from the start. She helped me decide what I was hungry for. Food was great! I loved the little cards with their names on them saying dinning room specialist! Jennifer is a great asset to your team. I wish we didn’t have to live so far to see her again. We are both leaving in a great mood because of her and our breakfast.

Chic fil a always delivers a great experience, the food is consistently good and comes out fresh, the restaurant is very clean every time I visit, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. You can tell they take pride in keeping things running smoothly, from how quickly orders are brought out to how polite everyone is at the counter and in the dining area. It feels welcoming whether you’re grabbing something quick or sitting down for a meal, and it’s one of those places where you know what to expect in the best way possible.

We had a sweet young man who waited on us. We have never been through Chick-fil-a drive through before.
I had no idea what was offered and asked to see a menu.
He ran and quickly got one. I wanted the grilled chicken meal, so asked him if I could substiture another side. He helped me with that.
It did shake me up a little trying to order so quickly off of a menu.

We went at lunchtime, and the wait was terrible. I got a 12 pics chicken nugget meal. It was a total waste of money. Some of the chicken nuggets were just tiny tiny pieces. Unfortunately, they were all Soggy from the grease they were fried in. I’m sad they don’t offer cheese sauce to go with the waffle fries. The waffle fries were not salted, and if you don’t like ketchup, you are stuck with a giant dry potato. I did not have a good 1st experience.
My 10 year old liked his chicken tenders (I thought they were too small for the cost). He ate the waffle fries with ketchup.

Come here for the delicious chicken. Including breakfast chicken!! Chicken strips are amazing for lunch. Waffle fries are garbage, not just theirs but in general. Chicken biscuit sandwich and chicken mini 4 pack are delicious! If you want a bacon or sausage breakfast sandwich, many other places do them *much* better. Chicken!! VERY confusing drive thru. Very nice employees.

I truly don’t understand what all the buzz is about for Chick-fil-A? The chicken is average, the french fries are not good, in fact, my raccoons wouldn’t even eat the french fries when I put my leftovers out. The service however was outstanding.

This is one of the busiest locations I’ve been. I’m used to this restaurant being busy but jeeeeeez. Luckily, the staff had a traffic plan that worked. The outside line wrapped around until you order at one of three stations and then drive around on in the inside line where you pick up your food. The service was as quick as it could be despite the amount of vehicles. Staff was also nice and professional.
