Chick-fil-A is a very cozy and charming place for this type of restaurant. The atmosphere is surprisingly warm, with fresh flowers on the tables and a clean, well-kept space. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can really feel the care for guests and the high level of service. A very pleasant place that makes you want to come back.

Everyone was super nice here and very professional. The service was PERFECT!!! The gentleman taking our order was so thoughtful and just great at his job!The best Chick-fil-A that we have ever been too. The place was so clean and the atmosphere was wonderful! I got the grilled chicken on a GLUTEN-FREE bun! I was so surprised at the way they served it. They gave me a bun, steamed, but sealed in a bag and put my toppings in a seperate container so that I could easily and safely build my sandwich! The bread was so close to a regular bun in texture and taste. It was soft and very good!They were very careful and aware of cross contamination and made sure it was safe for me, and I never asked them to!! I have never had service like that! Very few places around here even have gluten-free bread available. Also, they cook the fries separately from the other fried foods so that they are also gluten-free as there is little chance, if any, of cross contamination. 10☆!

I have only been to this chick-fil-a 4 times since it opened every time for breakfast. Order the same thing every time. 4 simple ingredients a spicy chicken biscuit add egg and cheese. All four times it’s either no cheese or no egg. Ordered today and ask to make sure it has egg and cheese because all of the other times they have forgot the egg and cheese. No problem sir! And typical Fayette County fashion it’s spicy chicken biscuit with a cold piece of cheese. They take my order back and refund my card. That was commendable but never going back.

I ordered from the Mobile App and there was one car in front of me
I wanted 15 minutes to get my food and wanted another 20 minutes for the car in front of me. They could have asked the car to move up so other people who had gotten their order could leave. I had to move up previously when I ordered and didn’t mind. I got home and had no cream for my coffee but the slip had it on it. No mayo even though the slip on the sandwich had it on it. Personally, I felt the service the people were goofing around and talking. Totally disappointed. I work at TJ MAXX and a lot of our employees go over there and say the same thing to me and I didn’t believe them til now.

This brand-new Chick-fil-A in Uniontown has been long overdue, and it was well worth the wait. The layout is modern, clean, and very organized. I love the large parking lot, efficient dual-lane drive-thru, and the smart design inside — with clearly separated lines for mobile pickup and counter orders. The dining room was spotless and even features a children’s indoor play area, which is becoming a rarity these days. The entire place feels inviting and fresh. Hopefully, it stays looking this good for years to come!

As expected from Chick-fil-A — excellent service! Friendly, polite, and very efficient. My order was taken promptly and delivered quickly. The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout. And yes — you can’t beat the free refills and that amazing sweet tea. Chick-fil-A continues to shine when it comes to hospitality.

I always go for the spicy chicken sandwich combo with pepper jack cheese — and they nailed it as always. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. I’ve visited many Chick-fil-A locations, and this one continues the brand’s tradition of quality. It’s extremely rare I ever have a bad experience — in fact, the only bad one was at the Princeton, WV location. Uniontown, however, knocked it out of the park.
Veterans Discount –
One thing that truly stood out: this location offers a 50% off discount for veterans. That’s absolutely incredible, and it deserves major praise. Thank you for honoring those who’ve served — it’s gestures like this that make a lasting impression.
This Chick-fil-A was worth the wait. Locals finally have a clean, modern, and efficient spot to enjoy one of the best fast food chains in America. I’ll definitely be stopping by anytime I’m in Uniontown. Keep up the great work, Chick-fil-A!

I am from Brownsville but have since relocated to another state, I am very glad that they now have a Chick-fil-A in the region for my visit as my kiddos love this place. This is pretty new location, so the facilities were very nice and clean. The play place was smaller than we have in our hometown but it was suitable for my toddler and 4 year old. I love that they have hand wipes and mints available these were items that used to be available at all Chick-fil-A but I have not seen them at any of the ones I frequent in years. The food was good. Only complaint I have is they do not have the typically ice that you are used to at Chick-fil-A…and the ice is one of the reasons I go there. Overall a good experience and I would return

Yesterday I went through the drive-thru and didn’t expect anything special, but then Asha took my order and instantly made my whole day better. She glanced a smile that was actually genuine, not forced, and it immediately put me in a good mood. She was laughing and joking while taking my order and had me laughing obnoxiously right back, like way louder than I meant to. On top of that, she gave me the perfect amount of sauces, which honestly deserves its own award. The only downside is I really wish I got her Snapchat because that interaction was the highlight of my day. 10/10 experience, food was good but the vibe was even better.

We went the second day it was open and we met the Owner. Very nice restaurant. Clean and well set up. There is a cute play area for little kids and a great outdoor area to enjoy. The food was amazing! You can also eat here if you have a gluten issue as they have grilled nuggets and other options that is great, as our son has issues and its very hard to find a place that offers GF food. The waffle fries were a hit for my daughter. The workers are friendly, helpful, and amazing. The food is set at a great price. We have found our new place to go! I highly recommend giving them a try. All the food we purchased was amazing including the ice coffee!

I went through the drive thru on this visit for my child’s prek fundraiser. Im not even sure they got credit for our order. The girl that was taking our order seemed clueless about it and even forgot to take my name after the order. It also was the longest wait time in a chick fil a drive thru ive spent. My parents also had got the same time and ate in, their cashier samething had no idea that it was a fundraiser night and had to get thr manager. Not sure that’s all up to chick fil a standards.

Update* I went back to this location to give it another shot and it was 35 minutes to get a sandwich and a fry. There were 3 cars total in the line. Then I asked to see the manager who was rude and did nothing but tell me they had a catering event and that’s the reason they were taking 30 minutes to get my food. Mean while 4 people just standing around doing nothing at all. This is the last time I will ever eat Chic fil an ever again. You lost my business for good !

Each time the wait is terrible, the staff seems under trained, the landscaping and the grounds are in terrible condition, I almost did not even know if they were open because of the 3 food grass and weeds. Don’t even get me started on the drive thru. You can’t even turn in with out hitting the yellow poles they put up everywhere. Definitely the worst of all of these locations. It is sad because I was looking forward to having them here in Uniontown
