Never knew this location existed! By far the best chick-fil-a I have been to! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The lobby always immaculate. Plus, the food is always amazing. Definitely recommend!!

Always clean and not usually busy. They do not sell Coke products at this location due to a contract with the local university.

I’d give a 4.5, but it deserves to be rounded up than down. Sadly, they do not use the mobile app at all, but you can use your receipt and store number to earn points later on.

It’s not your normal Chick-fil-A because it’s run by the university’s catering people, so they can’t accept gift cards and may not have every item at a typical CFA, but the food is still great and tastes like CFA would anywhere else.

I’m not one to be hard on fast food restaurants in terms of quality beyond edible.
Presentation was nice, French fries were relatively fresh. However my chicken sandwich was not so fresh. The entire bottom bun was hard as if it has been sitting in the warmer for hours and my chicken was rather lifeless.
Great customer service tho! No I did not get a meal replacement.

Talked to a worker while he was taking out the trash. He asked if we were going in and when I said yes he warned us that they were out of their regular chicken. I went to walk in and the workers screamed before I even made it in read the sign we don’t have anything. BUT IN REALITY THEY DID HAVE SOMETHING.THEY HAD ALL THERE GRILLED ITEMS AND SPICY.EVEN THERE FRIES!!!!!! I PROCEEDED TO WALK OUT. While I calmed down and began to walk to my room it hit me. How is Chick-fil-A out of chicken? I am distraught on how I was treated before I even walked in the restaurant.There for they lost a costumer. Not to mention my two other friends with me. Chick-fil-A we are disappointed.

I love CFA so I’m biased so would be 5 stars except for a couple things.
Like others have pointed out it’s hard to find. It’s in the back of Marisa Fieldhouse, opposite of the gym. Second is that this location doesn’t support the app. As someone who usually has a reward of some kind that was disappointing.
Good food and service but with it being at a college I’d imagine it gets crazy during lunch. I went at 6PM and got out quickly but 10 people walked in behind me so glad I didn’t come 5 minutes later.

Had a lovely original chicken sandwich meal with a friend. Appreciated the never ending tea refills. Was greeted kindly by the manager who asked if everything was well with our meal which it was. Friendly atmosphere in a college town. Welcome to Waynesburg Chick-fil-A!
