Not a fan of fast food anymore but my kids and wife love it so, when in rome… really like the spicey chicken with pickles on it. I dont like waffle fries but theirs are really good.

We usually stop at this chick fil a anytime we are running errands in the area. I love their southwest salad with nuggets. My husband got the wrap and fries. Both were delicious! I like that this location has wipes on the table so you can ensure it is clean. Everyone is always kind and friendly!

3 times out of 3 there’s something wrong, either pay for sauce and then it’s not in the bag, get sweet tea when you asked for sugarless tea. We went in this time, tables were all dirty, we waited for 19 minutes to get chicken and fries. The fries were cold. There seemed to be plenty of people working there. Tired of it, won’t go again.

i do chik fila 2 times a week for lunch– and this one is the worst— i get the # 5 grilled chicken sandwich- i would say 90% of the time is is cold— or been sitting for so long it is not fresh anymore- and is hard—- i asked them to make a fresh one for me and they say ok— then 2 min go by and they give me another sandwich— i told them i wanted fresh off the grille— they said they just made them—- and guess what—it was just as bad or worse than the 1st one-did this 3 times one nite—– i dont know why there is a issue with make me one fresh off the grille—- but they wont do it– any other place i go to i tell them that is is no problem- i will wait 15 min if i have to—- i just want it fresh—also the owners are never there— guess they leave this place to be run by unfit employees that dont care>>>so i will drive 15 miles away and go to a good one— like monroville,pa

Called two days in advance to make an order to be pick up Today Saturday morning. The person I spoke to on the phone told me. No problem it’s a small order and would be ready at 7:50am. Came to pick it up at 7:45.
Order wasn’t ready an had to wait finally get it at 8:25 35 mins past the time that they said it would be ready 10 breakfast sandwiches and one huddled mini chicken biscuits.
No one was interested and helping while I sat and waited pushing me way late for my function and offered nothing in return for the long wait. Very disappointing

My boyfriend and I have Celiac and it was so comforting how careful they are with cross contamination! They put your allergen items in separate bags, and the gluten free buns are individually wrapped. Bonus points because it’s finally nice to have a place with a dedicated fryer for fries!

I went to Chicken Fil A in Fox Chapel on Thursday and was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, as well as the excellent service. The bathrooms are spotless, the dining room is spotless, and the food, as always, is delicious. By far the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to.

“Not a good visit today. I waited in the pickup line while several employees were around, but no one helped. Instead, the manager was busy picking on the cashier because she had a crush on an officer. Meanwhile, I was left standing there, and my order was double-checked just based on how I looked. It felt like I was being judged for using PTO, which was frustrating. Chick-fil-A usually has great service, but this time it was disappointing. Hopefully, they focus more on helping customers instead of personal drama.”
