My sandwich was soggy and my bread was flat? Not squished flat just flat. My sauces were missing as well but i guess the sogginess of the sandwich help me get it down. That thumbs up from the guy confirming our order definitely was the cherry on top. Way to pay someone for just being on their phone

One of the best fast food’s you’ll find. As we all know by now, the customer service is top notch. Even with long lines, they find a way to worth through them fast while providing the proper orders almost every time. The food itself is very good considering and the healthier options are refreshing, especially in comparison to most competitors. This location is especially consistent and the owner sends out kind gestures via free coupon on the app often. The parking lot is a bit chaotic, but, hey, nothing is perfect.

For some unexplainable reason this location doesn’t do “well done” orders anymore, despite the fact it takes a measly 2 extra minutes. Any time I ever have “regular” chicken here it’s gummy and often undercooked, absolutely disgusting tier levels of gummy and undercooked. And if so many people are asking for well done that they ‘can’t cater to it’ TAKE THE HINT. Like all corporate chains they’re choosing speed and “efficiency” over quality and customer service.

My cousin, her 15-month-old, and I stopped in for dinner — or so we thought. Her little boy let out an excited squeal (he loves Chick-fil-A) and while taking the order, the young man behind the counter loudly said, “Did you hear that kid? Ugh, that’s why I’m not having kids.” Then he repeated it. Twice. In front of the child’s mother. Charming.
It somehow got worse. The manager ignored the baby saying “hi” four separate times, then barked at me to stop customers from entering because they were closing — as if I had spontaneously joined the staff.
And for the grand finale, the same employee who complained about the baby managed to spill my cousin’s drink… for the second time.
My cousin is a great mom. Her toddler is just being a toddler. The staff, however, managed to behave worse than a pack of rowdy toddlers running amok after a juice-box bender. Very disappointing visit.

The mac and cheese is delicious the wait time and service was great. The line may look long but its not it went really fast the wait time for my order was less than 6 minutes. It was my first time going through the drive thru and it was worth it.

I’ve been taking my kids and family to this place for years. Always enjoyed it. The only thing my order from there myself is an extra crispy chicken sandwich meal. Now you’re forced to eat the soggy breaded chicken sandwiches because they no longer have the option to get your chicken extra crispy. And we already know how they premake the number one sandwich because it’s the most ordered product. And in them doing that because of them putting Hot Chicken in a foil wrapper it makes the once hard bread over the chicken always go soggy. So instead of eating crispy chicken sandwich you’re eating a soggy chicken sandwich. Looks like to make sure me and my family could all get a male together or just have to start going back to KFC.

I went through the drive through and ordered my meal, upgrading my side to the large fruit cup. When I went to open my fruit cup, I saw multiple fruit flies trapped in the container. (See attached photos and video) I contacted the store and sent the photos, video, and my receipt. I was told a manager would call me but it’s been over a week with no response.

The staff are always great here. My food order is always correct and you move through the drive thru line fairly quickly. It’s always busy because it’s run well and has good food.
