Workers were nice but charged me for ice water which is typically free at all locations (unless the airport is different). About the sandwich, Bun too toasted and a little black. Filet coating too dark. Crumbs in sandwich pouch. Bag not folded 2 3/4 inch. Pickles overlapping. Would maybe fix these issues before the Q1 audit. Workers friendly! Cheapest you will spend for a meal is probably $13 but compared to the $22 takeaway salads they sell at Philadelphia, I would say I am fairly satisfied with my experience here. Wish this location carried the cobb salad.

Service was friendly and the food was fast!! Love Chick-Fil-A- food is always great! Had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and sweet tea. Only downside eating inside the airport is the menu is downsized and the prices are double sized!

This Chick-fil-A location at the Pittsburgh International Airport has the same high standard as every other Chick-fil-A!!
First, their customer service was friendly and focused on serving people. There was a line (not like every other surrounding restaurant), but the team quickly received orders and delivered the food.
The menu is scaled down from regular stores, which is understandable.
The one thing that shocked me: the prices are the same!!! Chick-fil-A didn’t increase prices for the airport location! What a thoughtful leadership decision.
If you are at the Pittsburgh airport, this is a definite place to grab food!

Pretty standard Chick-fil-A food for about double the price you’d pay at a standard Chick-fil-A. Service is pretty hit-or-miss; some people I’ve interacted with have been extremely nice while others seem like they hate their job. Overall, not bad, you can definitely do worse when choosing airport food.

After anxiously getting through security, I stumbled across a familiar territory and knew I just needed to stop here. No other location in the airport is quite as busy as Chick-fil-A, but the service was super quick to keep the line flowing. They had a limited menu to stick with their most popular sandwiches and drinks. They don’t have milkshakes, full salad menu, and kids menus, but it didn’t matter to most patrons. Also, to note, the Chick-fil-a app isn’t accepted, so it’s your typical order at the counter service. I did detect a hint of stress to the constant high volume, but they were still as courteous as the service typically is. I saw people try to wait for the line out so they can order food, but definitely worth it and makes traveling that much more delightful.

There are definitely worse food options at an airport. And the last thing anyone wants is to eat bad food just before boarding a flight. Chik-Fil-A is a safe airport option.

I love Chick Fil A and is a go to for me, but the server we had, TANYA P. was extremely rude. I ordered my nuggets and she asked me anything else and I said yes extra ketchup please and she said I meant food wise with attitude. Which is fine but then my sister ordered and also asked for extra ketchup, She gave us one packet each. So I asked for another pack of ketchup and she just sighed. She then told us the total without acknowledging the ketchup. We then gave her the money and she took her time putting the money away and then handed me the ketchup well after we asked almost to make a point. She looked at me for a second so I thought we weren’t getting our change. So I started to walk away bc it was just a few cents and she yelled to me, “um your change” and so I came back and got it. When our order was up there were no drinks so I asked for the two teas we ordered and the guy looked confused and got our drinks for us because she didn’t. This establishment is known for their workers. This employee was rude and purposeful with her actions. I’m not saying to fire the lady but like she needs an attitude check or she shouldn’t be working in customer service.
