The staff were so friendly to my family. We had a larger party come to dine-in and they were extremely accommodating with our special requests! They even directed us to where the coloring books and puzzles were so that everybody had something to do while the food was being prepared. It wasn’t very busy so the food came out quickly and it was very good. We will definitely be back!

Yesterday on February 2nd at approximately 6:12 pm. We ordered 2 meals that both had large fries and to get both boxes filled from bottom to about half ways up of small broken bits that you can’t even dip into your sauces because of the tiniest crunchiest pieces is terrible!!! You don’t even get decent food anymore for what you pay for. We choose chick fil a over many other fast food places because they do have higher standards and better quality but lately this has been an issue. It wasn’t the first. I should’ve taken a photo to share. Please correct this issue as everyone loves the fries whole and fresh as they should be.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this was the worst chic fil a experience. To preface, it was dead and we were 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru. Had to go through the drive thru 4 times to get the correct order and go in to the restarunt once to retrieve the sauces and straws for our drinks.

We were given someone else’s order to start with (despite confirming the name), then were missing sauces and straws the second time around when they gave us the correct order, which was already cold at that point, then had to go back around again once we realize we were given the wrong sandwhich. THEN got home and noticed the fries were halfway filled, the chicken on the sandwhiches were miniscule and overcooked, and the buns were stale/old. My brother went back, I had given up at that point.

I used to work at a chic fil a, and aftershift sandwhiches (no longer fresh and hot) were still enjoyable to eat. These were almost inedible after a 7 minute drive home. The food quality is honestly really bad compared to what chic fil a used to be (not sure if this is an overall chic fil a issue or just this location, I think in this case it was a mix of both).

The only upside is that the worker dealing with all of this was pleasant and apologetic; but whoever is responsible for making sure all items are in the correct bag, is very much lacking at their job. I have a feeling they don’t have the necessary systems in place to run an establishment that focuses in any way on quality, accuracy and efficiency.

This has to be the worst ran chick fila a I have ever seen. The drive through times are more inline with lower quality fast food restaurants. The person I spoke to through the speaker belonged at a Burger King not here

I stopped at this location to eat on December 22, 2025. My hands were shaking because of my neuro condition. I had a hard time pulling my card out to pay, and I had an even worse time trying to eat. There were employees there clearly staring and talking about me and snickering. It was not a pleasant experience. The one employee that showed any kindness was Juliana. She came over to my table, gave a kind smile, set napkins down, didn’t say anything word, and walked away. Juliana is a class act and has a kind heart. I recently went back to eat there, asked when she was working so I could thank her. When I found out she was no longer employed there, I will never go to this location again. Bottom line is several rude, ignorant people work there.

3 strikes and you’re out! The first time I visited this location (the first week of opening this location) there were 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru BUT they walked pass all those cars and brought me my food but I could not exit until those cars left which was more than five minutes! When I questioned the employee as to why? He responded; “Well it would just be waiting at the window”. So I decided not to go back again because our food was really cold once I got home! Well I tried them again on March 14th and the food was much better but the young lady at the window behaved bizarrely! I had my phone in my left hand slightly out the window so she could scan my app and once it was scanned; she reached in my car and grabbed my debit card . My debit card was in my right hand near my middle console which was so disturbing! The third and final strike happened today which I documented in the attached pictures! My son treated me and his girlfriend to dinner and $47 later we threw everything away because there was a nearly 16 inch piece hair packaged like a wanted condiment in my sons girlfriend’s Smokehouse BBQ Bacon sandwich with grilled filet! That sandwich was what sent them to Chick Fil A today and we should have chosen another establishment! We immediately tried contacting this location but the call got bumped to their Customer Care (not the location) and we were told it would take 1-2 Business days to receive a call back! As I now had a reason to read the reviews I noticed another gentleman had a hair in his French fries . Do better Chick Fil A; you have lost me as a customer forever! My son and his girlfriend said they would just never go to this location again!

Before I give any bad review, I tried to give one location three tries. Why bother with mobile drive-through when all your prioritizing is regular drive-through? Whose idea is that exactly and why do you have two lanes when one lane would be enough? Like the location in Robinson they don’t have mobile drive-through and they’re flowing fine. Don’t chase innovation when you can’t follow suits with application. Manager, if you’re reading this, I hope this helps.

I’m shocked I haven’t given this a 1 star yet. This location is a disgrace to the brand. The drive through is constantly a 15+ minute wait even in the mobile through which is supposed to be faster. Half the orders I’ve got are wrong or overcooked.

Picture attached is the “faster” mobile through at 7:30 pm and this is sadly a pretty average line to pick up food that should have been ready when I got here.

You can’t beat the chicken at this place! It may be slightly pricier however it’s well worth the money. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is nice. They sure know how to keep things moving from the drive thru to the dining in.

We were here on a Saturday at 2:30 in the afternoon. We weren’t busy at all. The dinning room was filthy. Service was just ok. My kids wanted their collector cups that were sitting out but we were told no. The cups didn’t come out for a few days that someone put them out in error.
