Solid location and good food. A bit pricey for fast food, but I do love their chicken. This location has been renovated and has a 2 lane drive thru. They get busy during peak lunch and dinner but slow the rest of the time. I do not like how they made almost every parking spot pickup or curbside – it’s a bit of a pain to walk and park on other side of lot.

After my 9 year old had a minor surgery at the hospital nearby, we stopped here for something to eat. The cashier at the drive thru noticed the hospital band on her wrist, and gave us our meals for free (along with wishes for a speedy recovery). That was so kind of her! We are not from the area, but will be sure to return the next time we are on that side of town.

This isn’t the most convenient Chicfila to us but my son loves the playplace so we usually go to this one since most of the other locations have taken the playplaces out for some reason. It’s always clean and, as with any of their restaurants, the staff is exceptional. Today someone was walking around asking if anyone needed drink refills. A small gesture that is notable because it goes above and beyond. Also really love the table service via the app. Makes dining at a fast food place with a child SO much easier.

The food was great and the people were kind, but the manager on Election Day was preaching to the young men working there that they need to vote for all republican ballot choices in the recent election. Regardless of political opinion I found this very tasteless and inappropriate behavior of a manager.

I have these card certificates for freebies that I get from work, I redeemed them for two drinks and they had me waiting for 11 minutes. I can see the god damn drinks right there but staff keep looking at the order and doing nothing. I’m on a timed break I can’t have my time waisted for this peppermint crap.

Warning: If you’re sent to a parking space while waiting for your drive-thru order, you will be forgotten. After 15 frustrating minutes and watching 25 other cars get served, I had to go inside. When I reminded them, they actually asked me, “Who are you?” This suggests a serious lack of care, as they likely feel their customer base is secure regardless of the service. They may think their empire will last forever, but even Rome eventually fell.

I’ve been to quite a few Chick-Fil-A’s but I had the cool opportunity to eat at this one on opening day.
Main differences from this chick-fil-a from others I’ve been to is how modern this one looks. I love the community tables that are at this establishment. It breaks up the look of a typical fast food place. Also, they have double drive through ordering speakers.
My breakfast food was consistent from what I’ve had at others and I’m surprised on the consistency on day one.
Will come back again.

The young man who took our order was very friendly. We found a booth that I had to clean myself and I visited the ladies room. The first stall I could not look, so went to the next stall. Big mistake…NO toilet paper!?! Had to use a seat cover!?! After washing my hands, the paper towel dispenser was empty!?! As we eat, at 7:15pm, there are two young ladies that close off trash containers and black a third of the dining area off!?! The floors were not kept swept. I never would imagine a Chick Fil A looking like this. The whole time in restaurant, I never saw a team member clean off a table in the non closed off areas. Guess that’s why a container of wipes on every table!?! I am shocked that corporate would allow that. The stores in our area of Indiana are wonderful. Unfortunately I am so disappointed in this location.
