Horrible service. Waited in the drive through for twenty minutes for a single sandwich. Employees are all goofing off. They got my order wrong. I had to go back into the store and after the manager was fooling around they offered to put a piece of cheese on it. What happened? Quality has gone down

The food is good and fresh. Long lines indoors and few seats available… packed inside. A 15 minute wait to get to the counter to order. Then, wait longer for your food. After waiting in line to order one night for 10 minutes, we approached the counter, where a young lady started to take our order. She was then told by another employee at 8:20 pm that she should not take our order. They close at 8:30 pm. When I asked what the problem was, we were told they were out of food. The pictures below are from another visit on a later date.

The cleanliness of this restaurant needs to be addressed. Tonight my husband found a huge glob of hair at the bottom of his fries box. We also were given a cold chicken sandwich with an internal temp of 87. We are hoping we don’t get food poisoning tonight. Upon calling we were told by a female to bring back what we had left and the store would refund it or remake it. After finding the huge glob of hair safe to say my husband lost his appetite. Who wouldn’t? We went back within the hour and were then told by a “manager” Ethan that no refund would be provided. We were also told that the person who was working with the fries didn’t have long hair. I watched a girl with long hair mess with her bun while handling food at the drive multiple times upon waiting for my cold food. Why aren’t hairnets being worn here? This actually isn’t the first time this has happened to me unfortunately at this location. This was just the time i had enough and I decided to address it and give the store another shot. Very poor customer service and this matter was not handled professionally. I will not be back to this location. *Update* I did end up getting very sick from this meal with intense stomach cramps and vomiting. Have yet to hear from any “management” at this location. I will NEVER go here again. I still never heard anything and honestly that’s very sad to me. I will never support a place that can’t provide the bare minimum customer service.

The other day I came here in the middle of a snow storm, when I got home they had given me the entirely wrong order. Drove all the way back, they didn’t offer me anything free, no discount, no coupon, nothing. I called and left a voicemail, no call back. There’s a million fast food places near me, not going to one with no courtesy. Not to mention there was only one other car in line, says a lot about thier training, competence and attention to detail… no thanks

Their new drive through is ridiculous. Always slow service both inside and out. Inaccurate orders, something is always wrong it seems. Ice crystals in their milkshakes. The spicy chicken isn’t even that spicy. The fries are decent and most of their food is otherwise okay, if they get your order correct. And the price is a little high for just being mediocre fast food. I’ve given them multiple chances but I’m still not impressed.
