The Berry Sprite is soon .
Prices vary per item, but usually under $15 for a 4 piece chicken tender meal, worth a medium Mac & cheese, and drink.
Atmosphere is always positive and happy. (Come on, great food, ❤️ , Mac & cheese, you can’t go wrong. Service was medium paced. New building, new traffic pattern and flow, everyone wants to try the new restaurant and yet, it went smoothly. I was impressed with the amount of time it took. Clean, friendly service.
22 min wait for order (2 meals)
Fries were not crispy (felt like they weren’t cooked long enough).
Over flowing trash and dirty tables.
Polite staff, but totally overwhelmed.
I’m glad there’s a Chick Fil A in NF, but it does not meet the standard of other CFA’s.
We had the worst restaurant experience of our lives at this Chick-fil-A at Niagara Falls. After a long travel day with kids, we entered the drive-thru line at 8:10 PM.
Because of the way the drive-thru is built – with curbs and fencing on both sides – it was impossible to get out of line once we started. After 15 minutes of no movement, I went in to ask if there was a way to leave and was told there was not. We were completely trapped.
We did not receive our food until 9:30 PM – over an HOUR later. Families were stuck in cars with screaming children, people had to go inside for bathroom breaks, and staff tried to pass out drinks to ease frustrations, but they were put in an impossible situation. One resourceful mom had her husband drive to the restaurant pick up their overtired toddler.
To make matters worse, we were denied a proper receipt (given a handwritten slip instead), and after all that waiting, our order was incomplete – no fries with our #1 meals and not a single sauce included.
I have never felt the need to post a negative review before, but this was absolutely unacceptable. It ruined the start of a once-in-a-lifetime family trip, and Chick-fil-A needs to take responsibility for this location’s inescapable design and lack of operational contingency.
I’m adding photos with timestamps. I only regret not taking a photo when we first entered the line- only thinking to do so after we were told we could not leave.
Returned for some breakfast items 2 weeks later. This time I went in, no way I was going to get caught in the drive through again. Ordered on app, went in, food took an additional 10 minutes. Even though they had been open for almost an hour nobody had bothered to make coffee, part of my order. Counter help asked me to wait and while I might have waited, watching her dump out yesterday’s coffee grounds made my mind up quickly. I asked for a diet coke instead and she looked perplexed but then said oh, I could do that. The whole time no good morning, no thank you, no nothing.
First, I wanna say that ordering on the Chick-fil-A app and which then has DoorDash deliver the order.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone order the food this way because it ended up being about $15 more total, for some reason I was not able to track my order Because the chick fil a app sends you over to the DoorDash app whereby says page not found? As such I was In Limbo waiting for my order to arrive.
I gave the store a low rating is because I’m an avid Chick-fil-A customer, I eat at them all around the country and this brand new one in Niagara Falls was a disaster. The person making my food put the pickles on the bottom Of the sandwich instead of on the top of the sandwich? I know that seems like a weird complaint except that I’ve never had that happen to me before so it was a weird shock at first bite. I didn’t get the same snappy bite that I’m used to of the pickles being on top of the chicken meat, additionally, besides the fact that I paid 10 to 15 more dollars by ordering delivery, my food came cold and none of the sauces that I asked for We’re in the bag.
I know that this is a Chick-fil-A employee issue, the delivery person is not reaching in the bag to steal out sauces. If chick fil a is ok with DoorDash charging me an extra 10-15 dollars more for my order, then they better get my order right.
That’s why I’ve give a low rating to this Chick-fil-A in Niagara Falls and unfortunately, I’m not sure that it’s Chick-fil-A’s fault Because the McDonald’s in Niagara Falls is substandard The Taco Bell in Niagara Falls is substandard. The Burger King in Niagara Falls is substandard and pretty much most of the fast food places in Niagara Falls Falls Seem to be substandard so I can only deduce one thing and that is the workforce or the management or a combination of both, regarding workforce and how management treat their people?
Nonetheless, Chick-fil-A has always been really great with customer service and making sure that your food comes out Properly, but this Chick-fil-A has failed so far. I’ll update it once I try going to the restaurant myself. I’ll see if I have a similar issue but as of right now this Chick-fil-A puts the pickles on the bottom And that right there is a big deal. Simple little things can turn off the customer experience.
