Love this location and have never had a food issue. This review is on customer service. As someone who lived in South Carolina and has been to a true southern Chick-Fil-A the differences are vast! Up north the employees are always on their phones and you never hear “My Pleasure”. Doesn’t matter to me one way or the other but it furthers my argument that Chick-Fil-A should’ve never worked its way up north. Visit a location down south and you’ll understand what I’m saying.

If you wanna wait in a fast food drive thru line for 40 minutes then this is the spot! My second time waiting that long… The location is so congested. Waffle fries are cold every time. Chicken is good but the staff isn’t.

Worst service so far, I placed my order at 9 o’clock before the breakfast service was finished and the payment for this order went through. However, when I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 when I received a message that my order was originally complete and I was told that my order was canceled because they never completed my order. Now I understand how busy the breakfast rush can be which is why I placed my order before hand, but I didn’t receive any update on my order until I was physically at the resturant(my order was a mobile order) and it is ridiculous that the two employees that I encountered were very ignorant to my question and one of them being a manager. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and service experience.

Tonight we have experienced what one could only describe as a chicken exorcism. Six hours, almost to the minute, after eating what many know as the Lord’s chicken, Satan himself began to leave tiny bodies. As the flatulence and vomit flew, screams of pain cried out. Once the demons were gone, sweet relief began. Mountains of soiled laundry live to tell the tail of this horrifying experience. No doubt we have experienced a level of chicken trauma that will take years to overcome. Maybe one day we will again be able to enjoy what we once knew as a delicious taste but for now, chic fil a will be the thing we don’t speak of…As a family who strives to love all people, perhaps this was a sign from the universe to love that chicken from Popeyes?

The restaurant was pretty busy, but everything was moving very quickly still. Noone just sat around taking up tables, so there were always tables opening up for the next people and the staff was cleaning them immediately.

This girl with these braids whose name I cannot remember was extremely rude to me, my whole family, and my boys hockey team when we had came in after a hockey game. She was constantly “rolling” her eyes and acting extremely annoyed each time one of the boys on the team would go up and order. She also ended up getting more than half of the orders wrong. Terrible-food was great, service terrible.

In the past I made a review saying the food was “high sodium garbage”. But I do not like to spread misinformation. The chicken sandwiches are high sodium garbage. It’s way too salty. But for dinner I treated myself to a large waffle fry, a medium Mac n cheese, a cookies and cream milkshake and a brownie. The Mac n cheese was ight, but wasn’t nasty. The waffle fries with the Chick-fil-A sauce was incredible. But I believe when I was eating the waffle fries in combination of drinking my milkshake. That combination was IMPECCABLE. Salty & Sweeeet I think another great thing was every time I drank the milkshake I got a glimpse of how excellent their customer service is. Look at the little message they wrote on the cup. Although this is fast food and it’s quite expensive. You are paying not just for the food, but the experience. The exceptional customer service. The unique drive-thru style that I’ve never seen, besides here. Also the Chocolate Fudge Brownie was great! I don’t think I’ve ever had a brownie where it is moist on the inside, but a perfect crisp on the outside. I don’t know if that’s preservatives in the food that makes it that way. But I don’t eat this daily. So I think I should be ok. It’s definitely really sweet though. I would like to say a thank you for the great customer service, the food, and the message left on my cup. I appreciate everything y’all do at this location. To make sure that customers are satisfied to continue to come back. I hope y’all have an amazing night too, much love!

Chik Fil A is usually reliable so it’s worth the extra money but this last visit the food went so downhill. It wasn’t even busy on a Thursday night at 8:00PM but nuggets were super soggy with breading coming off, and macaroni was literally HALF FULL. Super disappointed and will not be returning to this location.
