Long queue for orders but they are fairly fast.Ordered spicy chicken sandwich meal ask him for drink upgrade to milkshake he charge me extra full $5.79 for that .Grilled nuggets were worst . They are expensive for fast food.

Why the State of New York would agree to put that restaurant on the turnpike, is beyond me. IT’S CLOSED ON SUNDAYS! Waing in line at Burger King for a half hour is awesome… NOT!

Mediocre fried food. I never understood the hype. A place on the NYS Thruway should never be closed on Sunday. Lame corporate gimme by a certain Governor. Weak on a good day.

Place is ok. Tastes like the chicken was frozen chicken from the supermarket, not anything like fresh battered fried chicken. I don’t see the value here sorry, definitely fast service though which I can appreciate greatly.

I fought even trying for years because of their politics, but once they toned the hate down I gave it a try and I do love it a bit. I don’t care for the fries, they tend to be dry & bland. But the chicken is another story. Love the nugs & sandwiches, but the sauce is what makes it to be honest. That chick fil a sauce is unbeatable. This particular one: the staff has always been nice, never an issue. There can definitely be a wait at times, but that’s due to them being swamped, & they actually do a good job of keeping up under the circumstances. Other times it’s empty. Depends on travel days & times. Usually pretty clean.

Food is always great. Server was patient but they were not busy (Wednesday evening). It’s in a travel plaza which is ok but also difficult at times.

I like Chic-fil-A even tho there is bad news about the chicken containing chemicals etc. blah blah blah. However this location is on the NYS Thruway and it was closed because it was Sunday. So boooooo. Is anyone else tired of chicken?
