Drove 30 minutes to get here because it was the closest one to me. They didn’t give me sauces or dressing, the salad was wilted, and my drinks were made wrong. I didn’t notice most of the issues until I was back home and they wouldn’t answer any calls I made.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at your place. What was served to me as a “grilled chicken sandwich” did not meet expectations at all. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even inform me that they were out of all the vegetables before giving me my order.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address both the quality of the food and the behavior of your staff.

Fantastic Chick-fil-A, especially for a travel plaza location.
Stopped here along the New York tollway and was seriously impressed. The staff were super friendly, my order came out insanely fast, and the food was fresh and actually tasted great not dry or thrown together like a lot of other fast food spots in travel plazas. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had on the road. My chicken sandwich meal and 12-count nuggets came to about $25, though I did end up getting 11 instead of 12. Still, the quality made it worth it. Definitely worth spending the extra money to get good food.

I recently stumbled upon a Chick-fil-A at an Applegreen rest area during my road trip from New York to Canada, and it was an absolute delight!
I don’t frequently eat at Chick-fil-A, but this experience was perfect in many ways. The location is incredibly convenient for travelers, offering a much-needed break from the long drive.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Sean, who assisted me, provided exceptional service. He was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. His kindness and efficiency were truly impressive.
I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo meal, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my order. Despite the usual hustle and bustle of a rest area, my food was ready in just about 5 minutes. The sandwich was delicious – perfectly cooked and flavorful, just what I needed to recharge for the rest of my journey.
However, the fries were a little stale for my liking and a bit too salty, but overall, they were okay.
This Chick-fil-A location is a perfect pit stop for anyone traveling along this route. The service is outstanding, the food is reliably good, and the convenience can’t be beat. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

I love the Plattsburgh Chick-fil-A And was looking forward to the same quality of food here. Ordered the southwest salad put the grill was broken so they substituted chicken nuggets. Started eating the salad but had to return to the counter to request the spices and peppers that go on top was that informed that they were out of them but they were expected them in the next day. Service was good given that they were training the girl on the register and seem to be short staffed. Considering this is a newly renovated building I would think that things would be in better order

Tried a NYS Thruway Chick-Fil-A, on the clay home from a hockey tournament in Syracuse… maybe not the best time. First, prices were really a bit steep for a “chicken sandwich”, and the food wasnt that great. Dried out roll, lukewarm chicken, and we had to wait in a line due to staffing later in the day. Probably want to try a place not along the Thruway

It’s a thruway resistor. Depending upon the day and time you are there, they could be busy as can be or dead. The eating area unfortunately is also hit or miss. The best part of this place was the restrooms after being on the road for 2.5 hours and having 2, 16 oz monsters. PHEW!
