I’ve been to stores all over the country and this one might be the worst. On a company that built itself on speed and quality, I dont know how they allow it. Been to this location 6 or 7 times and I’ve never waited less than 15 minutes for food. Everywhere else in the country, 3 minutes max. This place couldn’t be any slower and the buns are consistently stale. Last time in, one couple in line, we order right after, nobody else in line. 3 minutes later a bus load of college kids come in. 28 minutes later, I get my food after all the college kids. Ridiculous. I now avoid this location and plan accordingly.

The food was very good, although our server forgot to give me silverware (plastic). The setup of the dining area is poorly designed as are all the newly redesigned NYS Thuway rest stops. There is very limited seating for diners and the walk through traffic has to walk through the lines of people waiting to order or get their food at the dining venues

So I only ordered a 8 piece nuggets. The lady that grabbed my food took 3 mins to get it over to me. Meanwhile while she was just standing there she proceeded to tell staff in the back that she was going to stab them (she was joke of course). Also never got my honey mustard I asked for. But didn’t want to go back to deal with that mess of a store. Very unprofessional and not what I expect of Chik Fil A

I purchased a market salad. The salad was clearly dated, the chicken was old, and a strawberry had mold on it. They made a fresh salad that looked and tasted great. That fact of the matter is that they new it was a very old salad.

Not a great experience. Food is greasy very little options it takes too long to be served the fries are soggy add the price of the Thruway is really expensive for the quality for the true get you’re better off leaving the Thruway and finding something else better

Food was fair, just warm spicy chicken not really much flavor. There are 3 other competitors that consistently better. The waffle fries were just warm and not crispy. 24 minutes service time not acceptable. No smiles no please or thank you. Overall atmosphere was good. Will not eat here again. This is 4 visit with same result in 4 different restaurants. None average or above. Price of $30 plus for 2 meals value poor.

The regular chicken sandwich was good. The service was very friendly and well organized. They really strived to take you order quickly and get you through the line. I liked that the sandwich was wrapped in foil so it stayed warm until I got home. I still don’t like them closed on Sundays on the thruway where they are needed on the busiest travel day.
