I have been to the Port Jefferson Chick-fil-A hundreds of times, and I can honestly say the experience has been consistently excellent every single time. That level of reliability is rare.
The staff is always polite, friendly, and professional. On the few occasions when a sauce was missing from my mobile order, I simply asked and they gladly provided it with a smile. Every interaction feels respectful and efficient.
The food quality is consistently fresh and well prepared. I especially love the breakfast spicy chicken biscuit sandwich. It is flavorful, perfectly balanced, and one of my favorite breakfast items. The hash browns are crispy and satisfying, the chicken strips are always tender, the salads are fresh, and the shakes are delicious. Their fries are also consistently good and never overly greasy.
The restaurant itself is very clean and well maintained. The dining area is comfortable, the bathrooms are spotless, and there is even a play area for kids. There is plenty of free parking, including handicapped spaces. They also added an additional mobile drive thru lane, which makes pickup even more convenient and efficient.
Their mobile app is one of the best designed food apps I use. It runs smoothly with very few bugs. The rewards program is excellent, especially if you enable the automatic reward application. Points add up quickly, birthday rewards are a nice bonus, and you can even upload receipts to make sure you get credit. Everything feels well managed and thoughtfully designed.
The only minor inconvenience is that they are closed on Sundays, but that is part of their values and I respect that.
Overall, the Port Jefferson location stands out as one of the best Chick-fil-A locations to visit. Clean, consistent, well managed, and always dependable. Five stars without hesitation.

I’ve been going to this location for 6 years and I refuse to go to any other. Food is always consistent, employees always kind and I never have to wait long thanks to the new mobile drive thru. I must say it was satisfying passing 30 cars in line and just going right thru to get my food in 5 minutes. QR code easy to scan and this is so much faster than regular drive thru.

One of the best fast food places. We usually go there to eat and my 3 year old loves this place for the good food and for the play area. Staff is really friendly. We went on the valentines day too and it was beautifully decorated. Everyone had so much fun with the cow.

This is one of our favorite “fast” food places to get a quick meal. The service is always very friendly, though due to how busy it gets, there is usually about a 10-15 minute wait. The spicy chicken and their classic chicken sandwiches are tasty, especially with a side of waffle fries. Love the Cobb salads, though the bacon is almost always undercooked, wish it was crispy. Sunjoy is awesome. It’s interesting how they have employees stand outside to first take your order, then another to take payment in order to speed things up – I’m not sure if it actually does speed things up, but it’s interesting. I just feel bad for the workers that have to stand out there in crazy hot or cold days. Great place, but definitely see room for improvement in the ordering process, possibly by limiting dialogue at the speaker for quicker ordering and line movement, and also maybe mentioning to have app code ready.

Tiffani and staff made this the most personal and impressive fast food experience ive ever had. Their attention to detail and customer first attitude definitely sets them apart from other establishments. Would come back here just for the service. The place was clean and the food was as expected. Would leave 6 stars if I could.

I always come to this chick fil a like twice a week and have the best experiences. Food is always hot and delicious and the people that work there are the best. I never usually write reviews but when I do it’s because of one specific person that made my experience great – that person is Tiffany. Not sure if she’s a Manager but she is flat out the nicest employee there and made my recent experience a 10/10. I can tell she cares a lot about her job and she clearly makes a lot of people’s days better just from Tiffany being herself.

She was so very Friendly and represented her work place with such enthusiasm.
