It was an unusually busy night which is fine but I ended up waiting 30 mins for food when people who came in after me waited much less. When questioned twice about my food, the employees gave me no definitive response on how long I’d have to wait. Had to get a manager to get proactive about preparing my food. It was a horrible purgatory that was not eased by anybody on staff.

The food is consistent with what you can expect from a Chick-fil-A. Service gets a 4 star rating simply because they’ve slower then most others. You will be waiting for awhile at most times for your order. And this is compared to other Chick-fil-A in the surrounding region. LI,NY.

Placed a mobile order at 10:00am for breakfast at the Old Country Road location in Westbury , Ny. After wasting gas, I arrived to the restaurant at 10:37 and turns out my order wasn’t even made. When I spoke to one of the restaurant workers his name tag was “T.D” he informed me that they gave away my order if I wasn’t in the restaurant by 10:30. Which is very very terrible service and doesn’t make any sense. Regardless of what time I arrive at the restaurant my order should have been made already for when I got there. That’s the whole point of online ordering / pickup. I would understand if I placed my order after breakfast hours but to have placed it on time & not have my order made after wasting gas & tolls is very ridiculous & unprofessional. This was the first time I’ve had an issue at this place and the first time I’ve tried to order a breakfast. What a disappointing experience all because of what seem to be just pure laziness.

I love Chick-fil-A but unfortunately I received the wrong order. Not someone else’s but I ordered a deluxe sandwich and it came completely plain and an extra fry I didn’t order, not sure if I was charged. I hate to say it but this is the third time from this location I’ve received the wrong order. The previous time I received a spicy chicken when I just ordered a regular deluxe. Food is great and staff are nice, but they need to fix the wrong order issues.
