Awful in-store experience around 7:45pm on Friday, 1/23. I was waiting at the pickup counter for quite a while, and one of the employees (young Hispanic kid) packed my order, brought it to the counter, left it on the counter, and just walked away without acknowledging my presence. A few minutes later, a different employee came to assist me, and handed me the order that the other kid left there. So to be clear, I was continuing to stand there waiting for my order, while it was just sitting there getting cold. I’ve been at chick-fil-a enough times to know that these employees are supposed to call out the names of the orders when there are people standing there waiting. That first employee I mentioned failed to call the name out, and also completely ignored me. He desperately needs to get retrained or fired.

Our visit was extremely disappointing. The employee who took our order gave us something completely different from what we asked for. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich but was given a spicy one, which I cannot eat due to medical reasons. I also asked for a Coke Zero and received a Diet Coke instead. Even the coffee tasted off—almost like toothpaste—and didn’t taste like coffee at all.
We didn’t have time to drive back and get the order corrected because we were already running late. Overall, nothing we bought was what we ordered or something we could actually eat.

I waited 20 minutes for a strawberry shake!! Only when an employee looked at me holding my receipt with lazy eyes only ask me what my order was did they start to make it. She explained how they were waiting for the rest of the order but I only ordered 1 shake. No apology,no concern or consideration. Definitely not coming back here again. I waited 20 minutes for them to call my name only to never happen.

This is a big spot for a place that only sells chicken. The actual dining area is much bigger than what you would expect from a fast food chicken restaurant. This place is kept surprisingly clean. By the look of it they seem to take the issue of cleanliness very seriously. The chicken was very good. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. I also enjoyed an 8 peice nugget as well as a mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is a new item and im not really a fan to be honest. Its very gritty and mealy except when you hit the gooey part of the cheese. The nuggets are sweet and juicy so no complaints there. Overall it was a good experience but if you wanna go to a fast food restaurant for mac and cheese go to KFC.

The absolute worst ChickFilA. The worst trained cooks and staff. Always forget sauces that come on the sandwich. You order spicy and never receive spicy. Such a shame we get stuck with a ChickFilA run with such little oversight.
