I never post reviews- but this is not how employees should act. Chick fil a is legitimately one of the only fast food restaurants we will eat on occasion, we had opted to stop here one night after a late school event with my kids. We ordered ahead, when the app said my food was ready, my husband pulled up to the curb where the pick up window is and I jumped out of the car to get the food, the lady behind the window “Shaniqua” NASTY asked us to move the car (no problem) It’s a FOOD PICK UP WINDOW , I didn’t even think anything of it- my husband was still in the drivers seat I got back in the car and there was a car blocking us in and they were all continuing to yell past 10 other customers from behind the window while we were inside the car for exactly no reason at all. I wish I had recorded it. I’m still in shock it just made no sense – for employees to make such a scene for no reason for a 30 second pick up-we weren’t blocking anything, or in anyone’s way, my husband was in the driver’s seat. Not to mention- probably the worst chick fil a food I’ve ever received. I never post reviews- but this is not how employees should act. This has to be one of the slowest chick-fil-a places I have ever been to. Their priority seems to be the drive thru line only and not the mobile order line, as evident by me waiting for I don’t know how long and watching car, after car, after car, pass by in the drive thru line. Recently, I’ve been ordering just a milk shake and watch the car behind me get bags of food first. Today the employee said, “well I didn’t know” as if my order doesn’t pop up on the same screen. This has happened twice with the car behind me getting their food before me and all I ordered was a milkshake. It’s very disappointing this location. Definitely room for improvement and speed!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I love the Chick-fil-A franchise, but this location just disappoints. I went there tonight after mobile ordering, in which I picked up through the Mobile Thru. I ordered a sandwich meal with a diet coke. DIET coke. I then pull up to receive my food, which, at this location, always takes longer than any other Chick-fil-A I have been to. When I got home, I sipped my soda and realized it was a CHERRY coke not diet. This could’ve been very dangerous if this happened to a diabetic. As a loyal Chick-fil-A customer, I expect much better service. This

I am a big Chick-fil-A fan and I was super thrilled that there was a location opening up by the office. But my experience was beyond disappointing. I stopped by for breakfast and there was no line very empty. The place looked beautiful, but it took 3 minutes for someone to greet me in the drive through. I ordered 2 parfaits and a GRILLED egg white sandwich meal for my boyfriend. It took 10 minutes for the food to come out, and I was the only one there in line!!?? The hash browns were cold, the sandwich had the right sticker, but had FRIED chicken on the inside which was not what I ordered. There weren’t any sauces, McDonald’s down the road does a better job! The staff was super unprofessional and unserious and it reflected in the food. I don’t know if I would visit again..

I am not typically one to complain but this Chic Fil A consistently has messed up my simple orders and my food. On the first offense, I received just carbonated water instead of sprite for two of my drinks. On another occasion, I received 3 chicken tenders instead of my 8 piece nugget meal. On my most recent order, I received 10 nuggets instead of 12 and my french fry container was only halfway full. Overall, the service is mediocre and they have messed up very simple orders on multiple occasions. I am very disappointed with their service as I am a loyal Chic Fil A customer.

My name is Joey, and they wrote my order under as “E” “Y” … Never had that happened in my life, it sounds so different And the person who took the order is different then the person passing it through the window so there was five minutes wasted taking the bag. I think they need better management.

Lets start with the staff were nice and polite. However, the line took forever. Also I’m not a fan of there lane set up and I don’t think they have a restroom (If they did I couldn’t find it). Also, they made a mistake on my order. I honestly don’t plan on going back.

Ordered through uber eats. Delivery driver got there, they hadn’t prepared the food. Manager told me on the phone they were out of the brownie and forgot to log it as out of stock from their system. Then said because of that they couldn’t push the order through for the chicken noodle soup, so instead of just making the soup and giving it to the driver told me to call uber eats to cancel. I asked the manager to just give the soup and he gave me an attitude and told me to call ubereats. Other food places will just swap put the desert or make what they can, this manager did nothing to resolve the issue and now I was charged for a meal I did not recieve

Took a chance on this place even though some friends said it wasn’t good, and I’m glad I did! Ordered through the app, food was ready right on time and freshly made. Fries were hot, mac and cheese was cheesy and saucy, grilled chicken was great. Only downside: those fries were saltier than seawater. Still, I’d go back. Perfect spot to grab your food and eat in the car. It gets packed, so back into your spot makes it way easier to pull out of the lot!

I had no problem with this location till now, me and my partner goes on disgusting routine. But it’s 41° currently and the poor girls outside taking orders are freezing. There’s no heaters and they didn’t provide them those shelter things they wear.
