Clean establishment with excellent staff. I’ve been to this location about 5 times and each time it’s perfect. Staff members are courteous, always saying “my pleasure” to any request. I love that they come around offering refills or extra sauces to make your meal extra comfortable. The food is always fresh and made with care. I can’t recommend this Chickfila enough!

Thought it would be a typical fast-food place, but I was wrong. Line moved fast since they take your order while you wait. Food was fresh, real white meat, and felt like a healthier fast-food option. Tenders, nuggets, and sandwiches were all solid. Would definitely go back.

Great service, helpful and friendly. The Chick-fil-A, is in a busy plaza. There is outside seating, which is shared with other businesses. Handicap parking is available but limited. The place is handicap accessible. The area is kept clean.

Clean, very attentive guest relationship. Everyone very polite and constantly trying to help the guests. I did expect to find a business having such a strong structure. My first time eating Chicken Filet, and is definitely my new go to place.

I ordered a chicken wrap and found dark brown, clay like chunks inside. Completely lost my appetite. Dinner ruined, money wasted, and when I called corporate, they said there was nothing they could do. Extremely disappointed and concerned about food safety.

It’s hard to believe we went from having zero Chick-fil-A’s in Westchester county to having two within a mile of each other. The Scarsdale location just had its grand opening yesterday and I visited today for lunch. The place was packed as expected but the line moved fast and they were coming down the line taking orders well before you got to the counter. By the time I got up there I only had to wait a minute before my meal was ready. The place was super clean and all the employees were super friendly. The food was amazing as it always is at Chick-fil-A. I wish this location the best of luck.

This place should really be called “The Waiting-in-Line Restaurant”! Most of the space inside is literally designed for people to queue up. The front desk staff are super friendly, but the pickup counter is about 15 feet away from the line, so they spend half their time running back and forth. Even Americans—the most patient people in the world when it comes to waiting in line—are complaining about how long it takes! The real issue? The food just comes out way too slowly!! Maybe this is what they call “hunger marketing.”

A spacious chick fil-a branch with plenty of seating. Although line was long when I visited, it moved quickly with staff taking order while you wait in line. Favorite part is unlike other fast-food chain, chick fil-a allows you to pick as many sauce as you want with your meal. Tried the polynesian sauce for the first time and enjoyed it!

I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A. Everyone was super nice and helpful, making the visit really enjoyable. I placed a mobile order and was impressed with how quickly it was ready—I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes. The only thing I’d note is that I ordered large fries, and I wish they had filled the cup more. Other than that, excellent service and efficiency!
