Chick-fil-A sandwiches are good, they look clean and fresh, compared to McDonald’s that I no longer patronize I have found mice droppings on the bottom of their burger buns, I haven’t ate anything of McDonald’s in over 7 years.

My food is always good but the newer cashier Monica is an absolute disgrace to the company and everything they stand for. Every interaction I have had with her she has been unpleasant and rude. Last time even rolled her eyes at me. Two times now I have decided to keep my mouth shut and not say anything but this girl needs to be fired. If she is mad with her life then she should find a job elsewhere.

Even though the line was long I can’t complain because it moved quickly. Only thing negative to say about that was the employee who was taking orders in line went to the woman right behind me to take her order. When the woman mentioned the girl should take my order since I was before her, the employee said very loudly, “No, I’m skipping her!” I turned around and laughed because it made no sense. Slightly longer wait to receive food once ordered but that’s to be expected. Order came out correctly and fresh.

I was at Deptford Mall yesterday, doing Christmas shopping. The Mall was busy, but Chik-Fil-A was PACKED! I had a VERY PLEASANT gentleman, Caleb, take my order. Even though it was complete chaos in the mall today, Caleb was calm, cool, and collected. He was a fantastic listener and smiled often. Just a fantastic experience for me! I have to tell you, I must have been to 30 stores in the past two days and by far, this was my best experience. Thank you for being so pleasant and polite Caleb! And, the rest of the staff was incredible also! They were organized and efficient! Hats off to the manager of this establishment! Happy Holidays!!

I never post reviews but this business caught my attention last week. Very long line for starters, but went quickly. I’d had the worst day and just wanted fries. It was only a couple dollars , but turns out I’d lost my wallet (yup, worst day). I told the worker taking my order she could go ahead and cancel but she told me it was fine and paid the dollar or so difference for me. One of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, I wish I could’ve tipped. The fries were ready by the time I’d been checked out, bag was hot and fresh. The woman who handed it to me was kind as well. Thank you Azure and Cheynamary for your outstanding service and thank you Chickfila for always having great, hot fast food.
