I ordered chick fila through the mobile app yesterday and had DoorDash deliver it. I am not one to complain but this has happened at multiple locations and it’s frustrating. It also does not give me an option to contact the store directly since it was delivered with DoorDash. I ordered 2 combos and neither one of the fries we filled all of the way, If im spending $40 on two meals I want it to be full.

Isabella G was very rude. She took a phone call while I was placing my order. My total was $14.06, I have her $15. When I asked for my 94¢ she insisted that she had counted it twice and I had only given her $14. If that’s the case, she’s shorting the company 6¢ and if it’s not she shorted me 94¢. Horrible service, either keep her in the back or get rid of her.

I love chik fil a but not this location. I work in the mall so I have given them multiple chances because it is convenient. Once, my salad made me feel sick. Then, I ordered chicken noodle soup and it was very spicy, as if they used leftover buffalo chicken in it. And my third and last time was last night ordering chicken tenders. I waited 10 mins at the counter and they were burnt, almost black. I brought them back and the manager said nothing to me. No apology, just handed me new ones (which were so rubbery I threw them out) I felt like that was very rude. I work in customer service and can’t imagine treating a customer that way. That place is expensive so I make sure to tell everyone not to waste their money at this specific chik fil a location.

Chick-fil-A is always great. In Deptford Mall, there is always a line. They probably have the smallest area in the food court but it’s worth it. The employees are all great. Waffle fries could be hotter and crisper though!!
