It’s your typical Chick-fil-A. The food is okay, nothing I ever get too excited about. The customer service was exceptional and we received our order in a timely manner. We went through the drive-thru and everything was correct that we ordered.
The only thing I found unusual was that there was hardly anywhere to park if you wanted to dine in, so I was a little perplexed about that.
It’s worth a stop if you like Chick-fil-A.

I just left the Chick-fil-A and I go to Chick-fil-A every single day after I pick up my children from school. Today in the order, I had a large fry the large Fry was not filled up completely at all, and I asked them if they could put more fries to fill up the large fry because you couldn’t even see the fries coming out of the box. I was told that they would have to throw away my food and remake the entire order. I said why would you have to throw away the food in order to get a large fry filled up. They told me that that is the protocol. I told the guy at the window why would he throw out an entire order? He said his hands were clean and he was the one that made it and he would remake it. I have never had an experience like this. They literally wanted to take my food back just to throw it away and remake an entire meal because I had a concern over a large fry. From now on, I will no longer receive the food from the folks who walked the food down the food car line I will now only receive my food at the drive-through window. No there were not fries laying in the bag nor did I eat any before showing the employee the fries.

I stopped on for dinner and hot the new pretzel club and a milkshake. The sandwich was tasteless and the shake was watered down. The shake machine must have been broken because it was not thick at all. I would have taken it back in that moment, however I had to get back to work. I had already spent almost 20 min in line. A very disappointing experience. I tried to complete the survey online, however my receipt didn’t have a serial number for me to enter. Again, disappointing.

After work on my way home.i Went through the drive through. Waited to long for my meal. The runner gave 4 people their meals before I received mine it took 10 mins to get my meal.i order 3 things I was first in line at the window. They told me to move up because they were waiting on something. When I got my meal. Thought I had everything but when I got home. They gave me the wrong dressing for my salad and didn’t give me everything I asked for. i wasn’t going to go back it wasn’t worth it.just disappointed.

I recently placed a catering pickup order at Chick-fil-A, and I could not be more impressed with the experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless, fresh, and perfectly prepared.
A very special thank you goes to Peggy, who went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly right. She was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s rare these days to receive service that feels both personal and outstanding, but Peggy absolutely delivered that. She even helped with directing traffic so I could get out.
The food was delicious (as always with Chick-fil-A!) and the service made it even better. I’ll definitely be ordering catering again and highly recommend asking for Peggy if you want an experience that’s just phenomenal!

Went there about an hour before they closed for the night and I sat at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes, no one hopped on to take my order. I thought maybe the time was wrong online and they had actually closed. Nope! I pulled over to find another place to get some soup then other cars began to pull up to the drive thru and they all had their orders taken.
