This location is near pennsauken and there is no indoor seating,the building is massive. We were shocked that it was only outdoor seating, this is New Jersey not south Carolina, north Carolina or Georgia, which I could see if there was only outdoor seating due to the warmer climate. But we left so we didn’t eat here or buy anything due to it only being take out. The guy at the takeout window was very nice and told us about the Cinnamonson location that has Indoor dining. I guess this location must have a big business with Uber Eats, door dash and Drive thru.

What’s the point of the mobile drive through? Been here about 10 times thinking they’d sort the mobile drive through out, always take a minimum of 10-15 minutes of waiting after I’ve arrived, even if I’m the only car in the mobile lane? Seems like the regular drive through is faster. This location is very slow and it’s rarely busy when I come. Not a great representation of the great chick fil a efficiency and service I’m used to

How can You spend significant amount of money building a restaurant and not have indoor seating mind you be right now it is 25° outside and it would’ve been nice to relax, and eat inside the restaurant instead of in my car. Whoever built this location or runs, it can’t be too bright will not be coming back. I will go to the other location further down your street so I can at least sit down inside and eat my food. I mean really owner a little bit of common sense.

Was excited about a Chickfila opening so close to my house, but have been significantly disappointed every time I go. I’ve given this location a fair amount of chances (out of convenience), but at this point will take the longer drive to the next nearest Chickfila. If the order is not messed up or something is not forgotten (9/10 this is the situation), then the food itself tastes below average. The service continues to be very delayed even if there is no one else in line. I am a top customer of Chickfila and can confidently say this is my least favorite I have been to so far. Hopefully it gets better with time?

This place is strictly drive-thru with a small patio available. The parking lot is not arranged very well. Only one entrance and exit on the southbound side of Rt. 130. I do a lot of food delivery and have had to wait most of the times that I visited here. I avoid here if possible, especially in bad weather, as the only pick up is outside.

A very rude and unprofessional Uber Eats driver intentionally delivered my order to the wrong address because he couldn’t find my house. I called Chick-fil-A to explain what happened, and a very kind employee answered, apologized, and even called me back to ask if the manager could personally bring my order. I’m 6 months pregnant and was really craving a milkshake lol and the manager went out of her way to deliver it to me. Truly amazing customer service!

Choose a different location. This location steals money from its customers! I got home and realized they charged my card more than the amount listed on my receipt. When I reached out to “chic-fila cares” (NOT) they told me there was nothing they could do because the restaurant is independently owned and operated.

It seems like the set up for mobile pick up orders is extremely flawed. Once you pull up and scan a QR code in a designated lane, you then drive around to a queue of cars who are also picking up mobile deliveries.
When you placed the order is irrelevant, you’re in the back of the line. Even if your order comes out first, you have to wait for every car in front of you to pick up. Makes no sense.
Good service otherwise and the line doesn’t take TOO long.

I usually don’t order breakfast because i never have time…but this one day i choose at 10am to order some chicken minis they are so good well i expected that instead i got a box of nuggets lik what in the world and now i drove all the way home guess why 18 minutes until they don’t serve breakfast so i can’t even take it back…ughh well Hope everyone else are enjoying theirs chicken minis
