I have never ever gone to a chikfila drivethru where the person who takes your order is absolutely miserable …. I ordered a spicy southwest salad with a cold filet , and got a salad with a hot filet on top not sliced , making all of the lettuce under soggy…. I ordered my husband a meal didnt even ask medium or large, just made it a medium ,I had to ask what size it was at the window and change it to a large . Forgot to add that I even said thank you after ordering and nothing …. I won’t be returning to that chikfila

Pros: Good food each and every time, I’ll give them that. Lemonade could be a little sweeter, but it’s good.
Cons: THE DRIVE THRU! OMG, I travel quite a bit for work and personal, so I’ve been to several Chick-fil-A’s in multiple states. This one at Centerton Square-Mount Laurel is by far the worst location when it comes to the drive-thru – in particular the mobile order lane. I don’t know who’s running this Chick-fil-A, but they might want to go to a training course because they do not know how to operate a drive-thru. The mobile order app works perfectly fine, but when you get to this particular location, you’re likely to sit in that mobile lane for several minutes while folks in the regular drive-thru line place their order, pull around, pick up their food, and leave. Just about a month or so ago, I literally sat and counted 7 cars that passed me while I sat in the mobile-order lane waiting for my order. And the cars in the mobile lane just kept piling up while folks in the regular lane picked up their food and drove off. This has happened on multiple occasions at this location, pretty much everytime actually. Like what exactly is the point of having a mobile lane if you have no idea how to work it? I might as well just pull up to the regular window and just order like everybody else.
This place desperately needs to retrain their staff because they have no idea what they’re doing, and some of them have rotten attitudes. Not what you’d expect in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

I just wanted to take a moment to share a great experience at Chick-fil-A the other day. I came in with my son for a quick lunch, and the staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so polite, welcoming, and genuinely kind — something you don’t see everywhere these days. Our food was fresh, hot, and came out fast. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere just felt good. One of the workers even checked on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference. Thank you to the team for making our visit so pleasant!

One of the best ChikFleA restaurants well what one isn’t bad lol. The staff is great they just did all brand new construction . Beware this is a very very busy place because its near Wegmans and other stores in the Village Square. I can see why Chicken wanted extra lanes built because I go here for lunch around Noon and both lanes are filled nonstop. The staff are always great and very accommodating.

Did a mobile order, check in at the speaker. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes at the window. Finally got check in on and my order wasn’t confirmed by the girl who took it through the speaker. This “lead” told us to drive back around and get in line to check in again. So I left cause I wasn’t waiting in no long line ago.

Ordered a Southwest salad with regular grilled chicken, they gave me spicy. This a problem as the spicy breast has more sodium and is too hot for me to eat. I asked both the worker and my dasher to please have them put extra roasted pepper packs in the bag, I got ZERO peppers… no dressing, either. I call to tell them about my order but it’s “outta my hands” because it’s a mobile order. I will never order from this location again…not that they care, but just a word of caution about the horrible customer service… “my pleasure ” yeah right…..

First time using mobile pickup order. Told the checkin guy my name and he asked need to modify order or anything else, i said no. Pulled up while no one was there and the waitress saw me. After few mins, couple cars came and went, and i held up the line. She finally came and asked my name. She went in and came out with my order. Good thing i noticed it was missing ice cream in the order, she went back again and gave me.
Overall, sorry to say but would try not to use this service.

Ordered a SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL with a coke. Easiest order possible. I open my bag and it’s a Mac and cheese and a fry with no spoon to even eat the Mac n cheese with. I just wasted my lunch break because you can’t read a ticket.
