Got a chicken biscuit this morning and it was delicious. The drive thru ordering was quick and efficient. The cashier who gave me my food was Doria and she was super kind. This is a a great location!

To all folks in my indigenous blk ♀️ community be aware with severe caution before ordering here! I was recently racially profiled at this Chic Fila, at Nixon drive, in Moorestown/Mt. Laurel NJ, 08054, while wearing a spy recorder device. They do not respect our brown community in this store at all. I had a DoorDash at this store. They bullied me like a slave picking cotton on a plantation. It was humiliating how they treated me less than dirt like a thief all because of my beautiful skin color . I was called the *N*word. I called them to whistle blow the situation, I spoke to Cara, who represented herself as a operations manager. Cara, asked me for my personal identifiable information/pii. I knew her goal of asking me that was to try to get rid of me on the DD platform pure evil retaliation on her behalf. Cara, she tried it writing into DoorDash telling them I was out of control even with me having hard video and audio from my spy device . However, DoorDash wrote an email to me saying her stores actions go against their community standards policy. Little did Cara know I had already notified DoorDash before ever speaking to her due to the nature of being racially profiled. I also reported them to four bureaus-Civil Rights on USA.gov, The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). The bureau’s above all have complaint link sections. Please know your rights? Always whistleblow businesses that profile you based on race. This brand currently has a public open Federal lawsuit of discrimination by an employee you can google it May 30th, 2025. Sadly, If they can racially profile their own employee who am I that they wouldn’t do worse. I felt the urgent need to share my experience to prevent anyone else of being traumatized to this magnitude. Awful service. I waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes just to be told I couldn’t place an order and had to go around again. After already waiting that long, that makes no sense. There were no signs or directions explaining what to do, which is why the line was so backed up.
With over 20 people on one shift, there’s no excuse for this level of disorganization. It caused unnecessary delays and a really bad experience for customers. This place seriously needs better management.

Wish I could give 0 stars, food was missing from the bag and received awful customer service from employees. Eventually spoke to Ty the “Director” (reluctantly provided his name to me) who told me he was unwilling to assist, and I had to issue a credit card chargeback. Gave me corporates number to “take it up with them”. Will never visit this chick fil a again and the owner should be ashamed of how his staff treat now former guests.

I literally don’t do chick-fil-a but this place was impressive to say the least. Staff was great, restaurant clean ,even the condiments were arranged in a uniform fashion. Honestly with an atmosphere like that idc if the food was bad i would still eat it lol but to be clear, the food was amazing as well.

One of the managers Cara was really rude. I am a member of the rewards app for years, I had a reward and she refused to give it to me. She wanted to keep the nuggets for herself, my children were really looking forward to their food, I will NOT be returning.

Fast food rating here. I saw how efficient they were with multiple people taking orders through the drive-through. It was extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon, and everything was flowing nicely. My grilled chicken wrap was good. Baller move: get the avocado dressing and put it on everything.

My family and I normally love coming here after my brothers swimming class. And service has always been well. Until today after my mom took a bite of her sandwich and found plastic in it. Absolutely disgusting . Makes me not want to eat here for a while
