My husband drove 50 minutes round trip to get me my favorite salad on a really bad day, but they gave him someone else’s order that I can’t eat. I know it’s a simple mix up, but really made a bad day worse. 🙁

Always friendly. Always kind. Always get the order right. Always move quickly. There could be 15 cars in line, and you still move very quickly. With all the people they serve in a day, they still manage to remain polite and get the order right the very first time. Great place with great food and great employees.

Food was super expensive and git crumbs instead of chicken nuggets. $12 for a 10 PC chicken nugget and there were 6 edible pieces and then crumbs of breading. I ordered 2 of them thinking the kids could share. They were very upset and only had 4 edible pieces each between the 3 of them.

The drive thru can be very hectic and oftentimes they have forgotten my sauces or given me an ice tea when I ask for an apple juice. However, they always make up for it right away and always give something extra because of the confusion. The inside can be busy too but they keep the line moving and always have a smile on their face. I love how someone comes out and asks if you need a refill…at least that happened once before and not sure if they always do that. Everyone I’ve come in contact with always seems happy and very polite.

I always have a great experience here at Chick-fil-A Manahawkin. The Christmas Eve event that they did was amazing and part of the proceeds went to the Stafford EMS and Stafford Fire Department. I love how they care about their local community!

For the time I had to wait for my order, I could have just ordered from the counter and got it to go. I went into the pick up area and waited, and my name was called but I barely heard him and rather than call again the fellow just walked it right over to the table without even looking. Was not happy about that but the order was there. It was tasty but it’s still fast food.
