I love chick fil a and my son loves the play area and most of the time we havr a great experience. I worked at chick fil a for years and am a little shocked the team leader at this store thought it was appropriate to start flipping tables and mopping around the customers who are eating at 8pm. He didnt acknowledge a single one of us either. The dining area says it is open until 10pm and I get wanting to get a head start but he even blocked it off with wet floor signs while we were all sitting in there and we have to phsycially move them to get out. The cashier who took my order was so kind but it was completely unprofessional to make the customers feel like we needed to leave 2 hours before the store closed.

What’s the point of trying to place your order when the drive-thru seems to decide for you?
Not only were the modifications I specifically requested ignored, but I also ended up with the completely wrong drink. I get that drive-thrus are designed to be fast — but what’s the use of speed if it comes at the cost of accuracy?
To make matters worse, I couldn’t even go back to fix the order because I was on a limited 30-minute break. It’s frustrating and honestly just inconvenient.
Next time, can we please be patient and allow me to finish my order before interrupting multiple times — especially while I’m already providing the modifications you’re asking for?

This Chick-fil-A location is one of the worst locations I’ve been to. We ordered our food and it was made very poorly. The chicken nuggets weren’t breaded very well or cooked crispy how we asked for them. The French fries were undercooked and soggy even though we asked for them to be crispy as well. My grilled chicken sandwich was cold as ice. While I waited for the new sandwich, some of the women employees were making comments about my description of the sandwich like the mask hid their voices. They only took my sandwich back and microwaved it instead of making me a new one. Also, the customer service after ordering the order was horrible. After I received my sandwich, I went and sat down to eat. The employees stood there, laughed, and talked about the whole situation while my family and I sat in the dining room and ate what was edible. Chick-fil-A needs better standards on food quality and employees. I didn’t even try to return it because I was so disgusted after the way the employees conducted themselves when I came up about the cold sandwich. If I could give zero stars, I most certainly would give them zero.

RIP OFF and FALSE ADVERTISING !!! Went to Voorhees tonight specifically for a ROOT BEER FLOAT and a chicken sandwich… RIP OFF… Doesn’t look anything like their advertisement, and it is HALF the size of what is advertised… It is a SMALL cup filled with soft serve and some DROPS of root beer… Won’t purchase this again… TOTAL RIP OFF and FALSE ADVERTISING… Note: their system won’t let me upload a photo of the real float !!!

This was the first time my experience was bad. Went for breakfast this morning the guy at the window was kind of rude he never attempted to give me my receipt I watched him just throw it straight in the trash. When I tried to get his attention to give me my receipt he ignored me and continued to talk to his coworker. Also my food wasn’t good at all. My spicy chicken biscuit didn’t have any meat on it just a very thin fried crust. Just wasted my money. Don’t think I will be returning after this experience.

Never been so disappointed in my life in Chick-fil-A. I have never seen such a poorly done chick-fil-A sandwich that was completely inedible. I didn’t know that was possible at this chain of restaurants. It’s as if they press the life out of the chicken in the grill. I didn’t know chickens could be so hard. Totally had to throw away the entire sandwich. Such a waste.

This is a review for one of the kindest workers here by the name of Marcie. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, and she has constantly walked around the dining area offering to clean, refresh beverages, and just checking in on other customers. She has checked on EVERY single customer here in this waiting room and is SO friendly! I hope someone sees this review and recognizes Marcie, she is truly service excellence. Thank you for your kindness to me and my daughter today, in addition to making sure you acknowledged every other customer you encountered!
