I just ordered a grilled chicken salad and it looked AWFUL!! Like come on, why would you serve someone brown salad? Absolutely disgusting. I ordered it on the app and still had to wait 10mins to get my food. And the waffles fries has TOO MUCH SALT on them. Smh yall need to do better and stop playing with people’s food. Go to the chick fil a in sewell, better quality and service.

Went for breakfast today, very poorly ran. Drive thru is a mess! Took 30 mins at 10am…. smh. Food was just ok, chicken wasn’t very good nor fresh. Hash browns were good, overall just not satisfied with this new location! Super disappointing. Long waits for no reason, so poorly ran.

Went to order in drive thru. They didn’t have what I wanted. So, I switched to what they had available. Then, I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they no longer had that item and asked if I wanted something else. I requested a refund and left. Never again.

We had a great dining experience during our visit on Tuesday 2/17/26 around 2:30pm-3:00pm. We treated our Friends of Jesus Campus Ministries volunteer to lunch after she spent part of her day with us handing out gospel tracts and Bible books of John to the students at Rowan University. What impressed me the most was that the cashier had a huge smile on his face the entire time. He looked so happy to be taking our order. He was pleasant and he performed his duties perfectly. The order came out quickly. I was very pleased.

The most poorly run Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. The mobile order lane process is a convoluted mess. See the black truck and black mazda in front of me? They received their food about 15 minutes ago but they can’t leave because the car in front of them hasn’t received their order yet. The staff is bringing out the meals and they don’t know who to take it to. They’re literally going from car to car asking “Is this your order?”
