We had lunch here on our way from NYC to Syracuse. There was a long wait for our order as other eateries in this location were closed and everybody was getting food from this Chick-fil-A. Anyway, the food was good.

There’s always an issue here. One time I came only to find out at the window when I was getting my food that there was no more chic fil sauce. How does that happen? There very slow at the drive through and take long. There under staffed and this is causing a lack in there customer service experience compared to other locations.

This is one of the worst chick fil as i’ve ever been to. Like alwayus the food was good but it took 15 minutes to be able to order, they didn’t take online orders, the didn’t take gift cards and after I ordered it took another 20 minutes to get the food. They don’t have a lot of menu items that other chick fil as have as well. The staff wasn’t overly helpful but the woman who was giving out finished orders was very friendly and helpful. It was anot a great experience.

Not Chick-fil-A quality. There was brown in my chicken nuggets and the #1 meal was not the same as every other time I had it. Definitely not worth it for the prices associated with this location. This could be a one off issue though.

I love Chick-fil-A, for this location is constantly the absolute worst. Every time I come here, the line to order takes forever. There is always only one person taking orders who is slower than dirt. Pretty sure there’s only one person in the kitchen. And there’s 12 people standing around doing nothing. For fast food, every single time our family comes here, it takes us 35 minutes to get our food

the girl at the register was so rude, she did not get my order right and was extremely condescending when I wanted to confirm is that was my order on the counter, I only wanted to confirm because it did not look like what I ordered. none of the staff had hair nets and the lemonade on the machine was all pulp. I’m confused as to why the service was bad because it was not busy. I understand it’s new year’s eve but you don’t have to be rude when I was not rude to you and was just trying to get my order right!

The worst location I’ve ever been to. I don’t think the kids (all boys) want to work. They avoid and kinda hide from customers; watch the video from 2/14/26. The cashier who finally took my order ducked behind the wall walked in a circle and then decided to refill the napkins and talk to another employee before he returned to take my order. Asked for warm cookies denied. Fries had some half done. Had to ask for my drink. The entire building has bad energy. Btw reupholster the seats; they look deplorable. I think of chicken fill a as high end asked if I want a receipt told me to enter my number; I said just print it. He said we’re trying to go digital. I replied then get the app!
