Unfortunately, the burger doesn’t taste as good as it used to. The flavor got worse after the change to the chicken patty—especially the breading/breadcrumbs. It’s really disappointing

We’ve only used the drive-through lanes the handful of times we have visited this location, but it seems to be more modernized and capable of handling crowds as opposed to the rimsy location. I’ve never had to wait more than one or two cars to place my order. Once ordered, the turnaround time is equal as fast as any other location we have been to.
It is easy to get in and out of the restaurant from either side of the highway.
Since this has opened, it has been our go-to location due to the convenience and accessibility.

The team at this location are phenomenal! Dedicated to service and taking chicken to the next level, I don’t think you’ll find a faster, more efficient crew who do it all with a smile. First time trying their breakfast; the spicy chicken biscuit is a must!

Listen… Paramus Chick-fil-A stays busy like it’s giving out free rent, but they move that line every single time. The staff usually has good energy, the food hits the same way as always, and the drive-thru doesn’t play around especially on Friday and Saturday. The extended drive thru time is a life saver. It’s clean, organized, and the kind of spot you stop at without even thinking.

This is by far the one of best burger place among the many chain restaurants in the neighborhood! The menu is delicious, high in protein, and low in fat. The restaurant is always kept spotless, and the staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. I also love the fresh seasonal flowers placed on every table—such a thoughtful little touch that shows how much they care about making customers happy.
They also frequently host in-store events for local kids and families, which is wonderful. (Their original characters make appearances, and they even give out fun novelty items—it’s always unique and exciting!) I truly admire the way this restaurant is rooted in the community and puts so much heart into bringing joy to everyday life through food.
Thank you for always providing such a great experience! Without a doubt, this is my family’s favorite restaurant!

Pro-tip to any gig delivery driver who gets order from here: Go to the Drive-Thru!
I was utterly upset when I was trying to get a DoorDash delivery order here. I was told to wait in the Drive-Thru since online orders are picked up there. How was I supposed to know that?! As well as they could just give it to me and I can confirm it and deliver it. The one in Ramsey, you can go inside and pick it up.
Of course, when I picked it up at the drive-thru it was a super long wait.
Don’t get me wrong, I love Chick-Fil-A but the ease of picking up the delivery order was very inconvenient. Just to save myself trouble, if I do get a DoorDash, Uber Eats, GrubHub, etc. order from this place. Instant decline.
Overall, super disappointing and I hate this place for screwing up my pace tonight.
