I love Chick-fil-A. Years back I visited this location and thought it was great. Then after awhile I thought, why haven’t I gone back? Set up rewards, visited a few other locations; food is tremendous. Placed an order for a Chick-fil-A meal, Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup and redeem a Chocolate Chunk Cookie. It was great.

Every single person, from the drive-thru attendants to those working inside, is always smiling, genuinely nice, and incredibly welcoming. It makes such a difference when staff members clearly enjoy their work and treat every customer with warmth. There’s one employee Michele O., she exemplifies the kind of outstanding service that makes this location shine. Employees like her are the reason I keep coming back.
Of course, the food is flawless. My order is consistently fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. They never miss a beat on quality. This team deserves all the praise for delivering excellent customer service alongside perfect food, every single time. Highly, highly recommend!

It’s crazy that I would pay a toll just to come to this chik-fil-A location in teterboro NJ. Well I do but I can tell you the customer service is great and food is fresh . Walmart also is in the vicinity so after shopping I would treat my daughter to Chik-fil-A .

To start off the employees are lovely and I always enjoyed the food. This day particularly I had a horrible interaction with the manager I can’t remember her name but she was young and had a squeaky voice. I was trying to pick up my mobile pickup I went to the app and pressed i’m here before I even arrived at the restaurant hoping my order will be ready but when I got there it wasn’t so I waited for over 15 minutes and I then asked the manger about my order and she proceeded to tell me that they don’t have a order for me and I was trying to figure out the problem but she was being extremely rude I could not believe she was the manager. Secondly this chick fil a needs to keep there employees inside when it’s 20 degrees outside it’s ridiculous.

The Chick-fil-A in Teterboro has a two-lane drive-thru that immediately forces a merge. On this visit, there was no staff directing traffic (it’s January and a snowstorm is due to hit soon). The result was a minor collision that required police involvement.
Thankfully there was no major damage, but this was entirely avoidable. If this drive-thru requires active management to function safely, it shouldn’t operate unmanaged.
But, folks… starting your order at the speaker first does not entitle you to merge first. There are other people using their mobile app that don’t need to place a whole order when they pull up. Saying my name is a lot faster than you deciding if you want the bbq or the honey mustard sauce. If I’m given the go ahead while you’re still ordering, you don’t get to go first because you started ordering first. What playground did you play on!?!
After everything, I’m left with a dry salad.
This location needs to do better. Much better! We’re going back to BEEF.

My favorite boneless fried chicken! Highly addictive! Must be devoured quickly to fully appreciate the crispy exterior and moist interior. After 10 minutes, it gradually loses crunch, but if you dig in right away, its magical! Coupled with the Chick fil A sauce…which can be eaten by itself…maybe mix a bloody Mary…but i digress…these are perfect together! The waffle fries are excellent as well. After 15 minutes though, theyre not the same, so eat quickly! Not much atmosphere here. Too much action going on around this GOLD MINE of a fried chicken joint! Friendly servers, no table service, but the chicken is absolutely crack.. .The brownie is a solid dessert option!

Stopped in for breakfast and was greeted with friendly smiles had the grilled chicken English muffin with extra grilled chicken VERY GOOD. Also got to see the commuter train afterwards.

Fast friendly service from placing an order to getting the food served on my table. I got the spicy chicken/pepper jack cheese sandwich it was hot and fresh, so we’re the fries. The vanilla milkshake was great!
