This Chick-fil-A was exactly what we would have expected! Wonderful food and good, quick service! Keep it up! I realize they may have had some not-so-good days, according to the rating, but my experience was nothing close to that.

The chicken sandwich biscuit was also poorly made. The top of the biscuit was hard while the bottom was extremely soft and fell apart. The chicken filet had no breading at all—it was basically a naked piece of chicken, not what I expect from Chick-fil-A standards.
Overall, the quality and customer service were not up to par. I hope this location works on consistency and hospitality moving forward.

I just left this place and one of the employees an Afroamericano lady was very racist denying chick fill A sauce to me and my 6 years old son even when I asked to buy the small bottle she went to the cashier’s face (that was so nice to sell the bottle to me) and told her that there was no chick fill a sauce even when the bottles where right there in front of me. I did not want to make a scene but if it was her who got deny to even buy the freaking sauce I bet it would be all over the internet!! Is so disgusting that there are racist people working in the service industry!! Thanks to the cashier that did not got intimidated for this disgusting woman and my son got to enjoy his chick fill a with his sauce that he loves so much! Thank you!

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, this Chic Fil A was fairly busy with travelers filling the queue and ordering big meals for their family. The team handled the traffic very well and got us in and out the fastest that I believe they could have. Nicky was so sweet and hospitable (even offered my cousin and I a voucher because they ran out of cookies!) Our very large take out order was fulfilled properly. It’s a very hectic time around the holidays, and I feel the team handled the volume of customers very graciously, and with a smile still on their faces 🙂

Believe the bad reviews. Don’t be like me, thinking, “It’s a Chick Fil A, it can’t be as bad as the reviews say.” IT IS. They had a lot of cashiers taking orders and then a lot less people putting the food together, so it was very deceptive because you figured the wait couldn’t be that long because the line wasn’t long. I assume they do that on purpose because once you pay you have to wait. My meal took 25 minutes to come out and they got my order wrong. As I waited, I saw customers getting mad at the workers due to the wait and the workers looked miserable. The entire time they are screaming out names so the crowds of people in the pickup line can hear them. If you really want Chick Fil A, you will have a better experience and get out of there quicker if you just go 5 to 10 minutes off the highway to the full restaurant. You can thank me later for the time and frustration I have just saved you.

Surprising stop here given the number of negative reviews. The people working there were keeping the line moving and the food was as good as any Chick-fil-A. Very pleasant workers. The atmosphere is about what you would expect from at a rest area on a turnpike. Overall, the time in line was less than most drive through restaurants. The people working there were doing their best.

This location is a highway rest stop. Very poorly managed. They only have one cashier, one cook, one expediter. Takes for ever to get food and order. Unlike most Chic Fil A are about good customer service this one is not. Very slow and poorly managed. The food is great as always and the location is great right off the highway but the service is sooo bad. Next time I will go somewhere else. There are plenty of choices in this plaza and many plazas along the way.
