I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A west pond! thanks to Nyalis, Hector, and Darlin. Nyalis was incredibly sweet and patient as she helped me with my order. Not only did she make sure my chicken sandwich was exactly how I wanted it, but she also surprised my daughter with an ice cream, which really made her day! Hector was super friendly and took the time to check in, making sure I had everything I needed. Darlin had such a positive attitude and really helped keep the whole process moving smoothly. All three of them worked together seamlessly, and their teamwork made my visit feel effortless and enjoyable. I truly appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and the great service they provided! I ordered a spicy biscuit with PJ Cheese and egg whites and they sent the sandwich with yellow cheese , I don’t understand I order this sandwich almost everyday are we not reading the order ? Super disappointed and annoyed !!!!!!!

Cashier was polite and super friendly. Made me feel like I wanted to buy more than I wanted lol. I took my order to go but the place was very clean. Not a bad experience. Food came out fast and the food was good. I’m not use to these prices but all in all it was a good experience.

When eating in, should I have to experience a loud group having a meeting, talking loudly, cackling, talking on speaker phone? I don’t think so, but I came in for a quiet breakfast and didn’t get to eat in peace. I’ve seen the group here before. They sit way in the back of the dining area, I’m 7 tables away and can hear everything they’re saying. Do they work in the place? It’s a bad look if they do. Everything they’re saying has to be an outburst followed by comedy club style laughing and being performative. Note it’s 915a Fri, Jan 23rd.

I dont visit too often, but when I do there is always a line at the drive thru. I tell myself, it must be good. I enjoy the chicken sandwiches. The staff is always pleasant. And service is quick and efficient.

Dylan, Alber, Alex, and Darlin were very helpful and nice when it came to ordering my food. Dylan made my food to perfection. Alex helped me order two large sweet teas. Album was very respectful and nice at the front. Very great environment.

Not my first time. I came before closing around 930pm and was able to still order my food and Dine In as well. Food was Hot and Fresh. The restaurant was cleaned. The bathroom was cleaned as well.

Used the drive thru more than once. The workers are VERY polite their. I have only ever ordered the chicken nuggets and fries. They are delicious and come out hot! The berry lemonade is delicious as well (its sweet if you like sweet). Prices are the same as everywhere else.
