I’m am beyond impressed
I have always been impressed on the teamwork of the employees. I ask if the workers like their jobs. positive feedback every time. I paid with a 100.00
I got my food and drove off without getting my change. I did not realize untill later. Just for the hell of it I called around 10 clock at night. The manager Kevin answer the phone. Keven remember my name the type and color of car that I was driving exactly what I had ordered and precise amount of my change. He said they had it labeled and put in the safe until I can come back and pick it up.
I was actually driving by the restaurant at the time no problem come by and pick it up now.
I really appreciate it thank you Kevin you guys are awesome very impressed

One of the best fast food dining experiences I’ve had! I informed the person behind the counter that I have an allergy to cucumbers, and he made sure that the people in the back were informed about it. The food was made perfectly, the workers were very friendly. 10/10

Poor service by the employee Richard. I ordered food for myself and told him I was picking up food for my two coworkers. He brought me most of my coworkers order and my full order. I brought that to my car and told him that I would be coming back in to get the rest of my orders. He said “I’ll bring the rest out” as he followed me to my car and gave me other bags. He didn’t complete my coworkers orders forgetting Mac and cheese and nuggets. I drove from Southbury to get chick fila as it is my favorite, but today I’ve very disappointed. My coworkers are now out $17 dollars worth of food and he forgot sauces. Like honesty poor service from Richard. I’m going to Dave’s Chicken from now on.

DJ at the drive thru was like an excellent waiter at a fancy restaurant. He was friendly and gave great explanations of the new pretzel product. He was so friendly and warm and kind as well. Something we are no longer used to. Love the grilled chicken with a side of kale because sometimes you need a bite to eat but have a busy day and you want to eat healthy.

I would just like to say that the employees at the Chick-fil-A in Brookfield are the nicest workers I have ever met. I came in 10 minutes before they closed and didn’t realize that they closed at 10 until I got there. Tonight was Take out night at the house and they We’re so sweet about it, even though I felt as if I were inconveniencing them. To the employees, Emily, Nicole, and Alex you guys were amazing. Thank you so much. Definitely coming back.

I’ve come here a few times. Lots of parking. The building is always clean and tidy. The employees are always friendly and smiling. This time, I placed a catering order for 70 breakfast sandwiches for a work event. I got there 640, my order was supposed to be ready between 645 and 7. At 644, my order was ready to go out the door. I would suggest signing up for the app to earn points towards free food and items. I got over 3500 points on my account which will be good for a few free chicken sandwiches. I highly suggest trying the spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast. Great choice.

The best CFA in CT so far. The food tastes good (when fresh), the employees are always sweet, not always fast, the drive thru typically moves quickly when guests aren’t sitting at the window handing out food to their kids..(please park and hand out the food…)

It’s a chick-fil-a so expectations are what they are for their food if you like it or not. But the service here is beyond restaurant level. I’ve never had a fast food place where people check on us at the table to see if we’re doing okay.

I like eating here because it’s always clean. You always get great service and I do enjoy their salads considering it is a fast food place, I think their salads are pretty good
