First of all it took 20 mins to even order, barely a line with only 4 ppl in line, with almost 10 ppl waiting for pick up orders. I get my order, wrong sauce. Then, I start eating my wrap and realize I can’t find the chicken. I unwrap it and behold, only 4 pieces of freaking chicken!!! These wraps are so expensive too in comparison to the chicken sandwiches. I wanted a refund but they gave me another wrap with even less chicken. I just threw it away. Then the frosted coke float I got, barely had any ice cream, half filled. Ridiculous.

I recently attended the Daddy & Daughter Date Night, and it was such a cool atmosphere. My daughter absolutely loved it, and the staff was amazing. They went all out with the decorations and truly made it feel like a fancy restaurant, which made the whole experience even more special. I’m really glad I went — thank you guys for such a memorable night!

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

I placed an order through the Chick-fil-A app, which was delivered via DoorDash. Unfortunately, there was a clear quality issue with the yogurt—it was very runny and appeared spoiled. I called the store to report the issue and initially spoke with a team member who explained that because the order was delivered, I would need to contact DoorDash. While I now understand that policy, it was confusing at the time since the order was placed directly through the Chick-fil-A app and I do not have a DoorDash account.

The situation escalated when a manager Trevor …took over the call and spoke to me in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. I was also incorrectly accused of using inappropriate language toward a staff member, which was both untrue and surprising. I was calling from a professional office setting and would never speak disrespectfully to anyone.

The entire interaction was upsetting and left me feeling dismissed rather than helped. After the call, my meal—nearly $30—was no longer enjoyable, and my appetite was gone.

I believe food quality issues, such as spoiled or runny yogurt, should be addressed by the restaurant regardless of the delivery platform. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location or order through the app again.

Went there around 4:30/4:45 today, had a great experience. The guy working the inside lane was very nice and personable. Asked me about the logo on my hat which I thought was nice cause not many people do! As soon as I pulled around the corner my food was ready.

Delicious fried chicken burgers and criss cut fries. We had the deluxe w pepper jack, spicy deluxe and grilled chicken. Chicken was a tad dry but the overall taste was good. The chick fil a sauce goes really well with the fries. Lemonade, tho diet, tastes too sweet for my liking still. Great rest stop.

I think they’re one of the best chicken chains. Probably my favorite of all time. Ordered 2 # deluxe meals. Both out chicken sandwiches were extremely salty. I’m not even sure how that happens. I’m guessing it was in the batter as I saw none on it. We were really bummed but ate it anyway because we were in a hurry and far from home. Fries were awesome as usual. Overall, dissatisfied and disappointed. If it happens again, I’d probably cross them off my list.

The service was fantastic. The frys were oversalted by alot. No trays is unacceptable, especially for a Chick-Fil-A. Not sure what they are getting at with the no trays but if they want to run a drive-thrue only establishment then they should close the dineing room. Many people and families unhappy and vastly inconvenienced with the absence of treys. Evan McDonald’s has treys for eat in and they drive your food out to you on a cart. Some tables had plants and some didn’t but the plants that were on the tables were dead and the dineing room could be cleaner.

This may have been the best service I’ve ever gotten at a Chick-Fil-A ever, and CFA has great service in general. Jazzmalie brought our order to us in the drive thru line, read through our entire order to make sure they got everything, gave us wet wipes (so thoughtful!), and even grabbed some extra salt packets for us when we asked. Absolutely amazing experience and we appreciated the extra effort and personal touch! Thank you!

This was the least favorite chick fil a I have been to. The food was pretty awesome, except for chicken sandwich was not good with cheese which they recommended. They forgot to give us straws, and the extra sauce that we asked for. We went inside first to use the restroom and the automated trash cans were really cool.
