Chick-fil-A Experience – Nashua, NH:
I visited Chick-fil-A at 377 Amherst Street, Nashua, NH, on October 9, 2025. This visit was special because it marked my first Chick-fil-A experience since moving to Hudson, NH in September 2024. Interestingly, my very first Chick-fil-A review was from London, Ontario, Canada—and I was curious to see how it compared.
I can confidently say this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The taste was consistent with what I experienced in London, Ontario, which speaks volumes about the brand’s quality and standards. Everything—from the portion size, service, and food taste to the ambience, parking, and staff courtesy—was excellent.
I’m genuinely impressed by Chick-fil-A’s product, culture, values, and customer experience. If given the opportunity, I would love to open a franchise in Saskatoon, SK, Canada—not just as a business venture, but to bring this amazing experience to more people.
I’ll definitely be visiting this Nashua location again. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great food and warm service!

I’ve never been so disgusted eating at a restaurant. I ordered a side of pickles from Chick-fil-A, and to my horror, I found a parasite in my meal. This is not only unsanitary but completely unacceptable for a place that prides itself on quality. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution anyone else to think twice before eating here.

1st time at this location. Very busy drive thru!! Ordered and ate inside. Also busy, but ordering was easy. Cashier was nice and helpful. Food came out quick and tasted great. Love the waffle fries and enjoyed a frosted coffee . Nice experience.

We had an amazing lunch there yesterday the chicken is really good, the waffle fries are amazing and their sauces are soooo good. But what really made all the difference was the sweetest employee Betty who helped us with a problem in our order, solved everything really quickly and in turn gave us two gift cards, upgraded our beverages and free ice cream for the children. She is really an amazing person and an awesome employee.

Always good quality food. Friendly service. But if you buy a coffee you have to pull over and add in your own sugar and cream. They only put it in the bag, inconvenient if you are in a hurry

Well after loads of years and seeing so many people eating at chick-fil-a. Me and son in law said lets try is mine was fine but my son in law did not like his and I have no idea why this is popular well will no be back. Dude from Iceland p.s staff are nice working fast and clean fast.

I went here for dinner with my boyfriend. Our food was great as always! The only problem was when someone brought food to our table, we were faced with an unpleasant attitude. She slammed our tray down, and when I said thank you she gave me a dirty look then walked away. The manager apologized and did give us coupons. All in all I love it here! I come all the time, love the environment and food.

I’m not one to normally complain for fast food, but this is now the third time I’ve had a bad experience at this specific location.
I try to eat healthy, so I always order some type of salad- but it’s clear that the team only cares to make actual sandwiches correctly. For the past three visits I’m always missing something on the salad, whether it’s the topping or the dressing. Today I was missing my dressing (as shown on the receipt) and I asked for grilled nuggets (as shown on the receipt) and didn’t get that either. Additionally, my southwest salad had not a single red on it.
Similar to other reviews, my husbands fries were only half full, and the person who took my order put his drink in as regular instead of diet.
I just don’t understand how every time we go there something is wrong. I also go to the Woburn location, Peabody location and the Daniel Webster and they are all better than this one.
Please take care of your guests who like salads! I already don’t want to order the salad, I’d rather be eating a sandwich so why make my experience worse. Everyone is super friendly but it sucks to be disappointed every time.

I decided to give this location ANOTHER chance after I never got any coupons or anything after reaching out to the email below. Lo and behold, I spent $60 bucks and they forgot my $9 large Mac and cheese. This place constantly rips people off by forgetting things and makes money by hoping you don’t come back and ask for a refund. I have a baby and unfortunately I can’t come back and the drop of a hat just to get a refund. Also, when there’s almost 10 people at the pick up window I assume my order is going to be right every time.

When this place first opened it was great. The food was appetizing and well put together. Now the chicken sandwiches are thrown together with old looking lettuce and tomato’s and not appetizing looking!!! The only thing that hasn’t changed is your chicken. Always good! But, why don’t the people that put together the sandwiches watch the freshness of the lettuce and tomatoes!!! This has happened more than once or twice , but by the time I got home I didn’t feel like driving back.
