Restauranteur and Chick-fil-A Founder Truett Cathy began experimenting with the recipe in 1961 and spent years perfecting what is still Chick-fil-A’s number one selling entrée. Cathy’s cooking method is still the way it’s done more than five decades later, and his recipe is still a secret. While we can’t share the secret recipe, we can reveal some fun facts about how the Original Chicken Sandwich is made at each of Chick-fil-A’s more than 2,000 restaurants nationwide.

Customer service is great as always! Food is normally great too! Thought my past couple orders have been inconsistent or incorrect. This is the med fry I just pulled out of the bag, half full and beyond salty.additionally the amount of ice in my drink is insane. Bummer! Overall great!

Every time I’ve visited the workers are the sweetest and not to mention they go above and beyond to have exceptional service. Inconsistent product. It’s like a roll of the dice sometimes with the coating on the original chicken sandwich patties. Someone working there sometimes doesn’t give the chicken much of a coating on either side and it makes the chicken tough and dry. Sometimes the chicken is barely coated on one side…. then other times its perfect. Hopefully someone in Management addresses this.

This was only it second time going to a Chick-fil-A so we were unfamiliar with the menu and ordering. The employee taking our order was patient and helpful guiding us to our choices. It was delivered to our table with a big smile, thanking us for our business and telling us to enjoy the food. This is how customer service should be!!! We loved our lunch, and I noticed that the lettuce and tomato on my sandwich was nice and fresh. It did not feel like fast food at all! We will absolutely be back.

The food was great, I tried breakfast bowl (chicken nuggets, hash browns, eggs and cheese), I’m impressed with that flavor. It’s even better than Jack-in-the-box’s breakfast bowl!! Keep it up great work! Hat off to employees for working to have great service to us!!

Very friendly and helpful service. We talked with several different workers who stopped by our table to see if we had everything we needed. I wish this Chick-fil-A shop was closer to us and we’d be there more often, which may or may not be a good thing! This store was very clean, plenty of parking, and easy to find. Long time customer of Chick-fil-A and will continue to be. Breakfast biscuits this particular visit weren’t fresh. Bread was chewie and chicken was a bit off. Still good food but not the amazing Chick-fil-A as we know it usually is. Service was great.
