Update…went back for breakfast and was it was burnt/dry. Not sure why I continue to do this to myself. The managers are just as bad as the employees. Every time I’ve been inside, they are literally standing around talking. If you watch it for a bit, it’s actually quite comical as the manager is there chiming in with them. Oblivious to the customers around. I’m all about finding some happiness in the work place but you have to take care of the customers first. Management 101 there. It’s just not the typical Chick fil a service or food that you’re used to from this name. My husband ordered chick minis, let the box show how they came to us. One was even missing the bread. To the regional that oversees this location, it needs some tough love. Good luck!
I like eating breakfast inside because it is quiet so that is a win. Breakfast is always successful because I order in person.
On top of that, the dining area was disgusting with no one cleaning tables. Management of some sort was on site, but obviously not maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.
This continues to be an issue at this location. It’s difficult to support a business when it seems like they don’t want the patronage.
Updating this: we had to wait far too long, go to the counter, and then be told they didn’t have items we ordered. This is absolutely unacceptable to let people wait for over half an hour for food that they cannot even provide.
To top it off, they can’t even process the refund in a timely manner.
I would give zero stars for service if I could.
