Great Mac and cheese, plenty of parking. Huge line but it moves fast. Clean restrooms. Floral arrangements on the tables.

My friend and I dined in, Michael served us our food. Michael delivered it to our table and let me tell you, KINDEST PERSON IVE EVER MET!!! Please give Michael a raise or ASSOCIATE OF THE YEAR!!! He was so sweet and caring and was willing to help me and the other customers around us whenever without a problem. He is a hard working and man loves his job.

Hello, it was my first time in this Chic fil a in Seekonk. Upon entering the restaurant Miss Sherrelle made me feel so welcomed like we were friends forever. She is a Gem of an employee and an amazing woman. I’ve been to a few other locations and all people are nice but Sherrelle just had a way of making me feel like family. My Cob Salad was outstanding fresh ingredients and tasty too. I hope you folks at the restaurant realize how wonderful Sherrelle was. Please let her know from me

Our order taker out front was kind, helpful & friendly. We still love their chicken tenders the best, of any fast food restaurant chain on earth! Crispy on the outside & moist on the inside! It’s obvious they change their fry oil frequently.

I’m not going to lie, I love the taste of Chick-fil-A. I’ve been a fan since childhood, and I’m in my 50s now. But today, I was disappointed in a way I’ve never been by any restaurant.

Big warning: do not use the app to store money or pay. I paid through the app, but the cashier said the payment didn’t go through. I scanned it again with the same result. I heard the beep, saw that I had enough balance, and even took a screenshot of my account to show her. She confirmed hearing the beep as well.

When I refreshed the app, I saw that my balance had been drained and debited twice, leaving it at zero. Despite this, the cashier said I still owed for my order. When I asked for a manager, she was dismissive and said she didn’t know when I took the screenshot, despite it being date and time stamped on their app, implying I could be “gaming the system,” loud enough for other customers to hear. She told me to take it up with corporate since it was a third-party app. Even the cashier said she watched the app balance go to zero and it was an issue on their end but the manager was less than helpful and disrespectful.

I was embarrassed, and people were staring. A kind couple even approached me afterward to say they felt bad about how I was treated.

Sara at Chick-fil-A, you made me feel terrible today. Suggesting that I was trying to cheat the system and talking about me where others could hear was completely unnecessary. For the record, I logged back into the app later and saw that the issue had been resolved. I wasn’t trying to steal your chicken sandwich.

You’ve lost a long-time customer.

My friend got a Cobb salad extra spicy filet no egg no tomato no corn why’d they have to remake it 5 times before I even got it? They got their salad and it still was made wrong!!! I told them, they told me they’ll remake it AGAIN. A whole 30 minutes passed I asked for a refund. My other friends grilled sandwich had pickles it doesnt come with pickles!! Took them 10 minutes to remake it. She asks for a mac for the side why’d she get fries? We just let it be but it should never be like this. They weren’t attentive at all. UPDATE!!! The Cobb had a hair in it … will NEVER return to this location!!! Warwick is so much better

I always order on my phone just so it’s quicker (also the staff seem to appreciate it!) but i just get in line at the kiosk tell them my name and get my food. They are always so nice there and food is great!
