This place is always a pleasure to eat it. Their food is great! They also seem to use the same quality of ingredients in their positive, quick service. This place has something very special as the staff always seem to create a very positive atmosphere. They all seem like they genuinely like each other as friends and enjoy working together – that means a lot to me and speaks volumes of the company overall. My only “complaint” – I wish we had one closer to our home. But it’s always worth the 30-minute trip.

Just had a fantastic experience dining at this location. The staff was as courteous and professional as anyone could possibly ask for. Our food was out in the blink of an eye and served to us piping hot. There was a small mixup with my order that was quickly rectified, and about 10min later the manager brought out two “extra” ice cream cones that had been made “on accident” (pretty convenient as I was dining with my wife and 2 kids lol) The dining area was clean as a whistle, trash was bussed from our table as we produced it, and our table was checked on every few minutes. Everything about my experience was exceptional, this establishment functions like a well oiled machine.

Normally can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The employees here have not been great the last few visits. Haven’t gotten a straw or napkins the last two visits and they don’t have napkins or straws available in the lobby, When I’ve gone back to ask for one, they’ve given a sigh or some form of poor body language.

Great food, great service, they do their best to keep the Chick-fil-A name clean. My only complaint regarding my recent visit, is it was a mobile order. It specified a specific number of dipping sauces, mayonnaise, etc. We only got a few of each we had two orders of 30 piece nuggets, and not enough stuff to dip it in, we didn’t even have enough for one 30 piece order. But I know Chick-fil-A they will get it better next time.

This is probably the poorest planned Chick-fil-A location I’ve seen anywhere on the East Coast. Negotiating the approach to the Drive-Thru is actually hazardous; all the traffic is funneled through a narrow lane of congested dining-in parking. There are no speed bumps, or anything to deter patrons from flying in regardless of other cars attempting to back out of their spots – if not fender benders, it’s a recipe for road rage galore. Not to mention you have other patrons – teenagers, people with young families, overweight people who move slowly – trying to walk through a maze of moving vehicles. Traffic backs out onto the street, too. So, we decided to run in to use the restrooms. For some reason, the management does NOT stock simple napkins IN THE DINING ROOM, so when you inevitably need another one, you are forced to go back to the busy counter, “jumping the line” and getting the ire of the butterballs waiting for their own turn to order food. Our order was a simple: just a couple of shakes, minus the whipped cream. We have our name…and WAITED. 9-10 minutes later, nobody had asked why we were still at the pickup counter waiting. When someone finally did, he seemed interested in helping, walked into the kitchen, and then disappeared. Finally, a second person took an interest, but could find only one of the shakes and had to remake the second. Regretted visiting this location and wouldn’t again if we lived in this area.

The food is never as good or fresh as other chick fil a locations that are out of the way. The staff never seem to know how to answer questions as they’re all teenagers, and usually have attitudes when doing so. The drive thru line is fast which gives it another star but food is cold or somewhat stale half the time and they can be stingy with sauces as if their life depends on it. Not a great location to be honest, going to be avoiding it going forward. Better of going to the seekonk location which is a million times better

We pulled into a full parking lot at Noon on a Tuesday. This was our 1st visit to a Chik-fil-A. We were greeted warmly upon entry. Our order was taken immediately and we had barely paid before we were handed our order. The food was steaming hot, fresh & delicious. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The employees were amazing. Truly friendly & helpful. We will Definitely be back!
