Incredible customer service—truly the best I’ve experienced in the 20+ locations I’ve visited. The staff went above and beyond, delivering a level of service that’s unmatched in the fast-food industry. Dining in was impressively fast, making the entire experience seamless and efficient.
However, I couldn’t give 5 stars due to the unexpected amount of grease in my grilled nuggets. While the flavor was good, the grease overshadowed the quality I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Overall, very impressed, but hope to see some improvement in food preparation to match the exceptional service!

What an experience! Broadway meets Chick-fil-A! Our order was literally sung from start to finish, Rudy led the performance and the whole team joined in like a choir at the window. I was speechless. Hands down the most fun and memorable drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. Five stars all the way!

I ordered the kale crunch salad, received a few brown gooey pieces of kale and they forget the almonds. Also got a 12 piece nuggets, a few small half pieces counted as 12 nuggets. Plenty of chick fil a sauce. The mac n cheese was good. Service is pretty fast and friendly. Food gave me a tummy ache. But still gave 4 stars because it’s the only fast food i eat and overall it’s good.

Everything was great until we got to the dining room and it was like a highschool cafeteria. Teens roughhousing and pulling each other’s pants down. I just wish the staff walking by would say something to them about it instead of quietly smiling. It was so loud in the dining area that I could barely hear my wife sitting across from me.

You just have to check your drive-through order before you leave. It seems like every time I go here they manage to forget something. Give me the wrong sauce, give me a regular sandwich instead of a deluxe, lemonade instead of Sunjoy… I get that it’s a lot of details but that’s part of your job.

On more than one occasion that I’ve visited this location, I always ask for NO pickles on the Chick Fil A Chicken Sandwich.
50/50 chance that they have the pickles in the sandwich. The food is a quick delicious meal but they should really work on making sure orders are correct instead of getting the customer out the door as fast as they can.

This place is always a pleasure to eat it. Their food is great! They also seem to use the same quality of ingredients in their positive, quick service. This place has something very special as the staff always seem to create a very positive atmosphere. They all seem like they genuinely like each other as friends and enjoy working together – that means a lot to me and speaks volumes of the company overall. My only “complaint” – I wish we had one closer to our home. But it’s always worth the 30-minute trip.
