Very disappointing that two nights in a row I didn’t receive all the items I ordered. And because it was ordered through Uber eats there’s no recourse.
Both nights they were unable to put sauces in the bag. Even the packaging said that they were in there.
I was able talk to the manager on duty. She was nice but didn’t ask me how she could help me or how she could make it right. I was very kind… But interestingly, there was no solution offered.
It used to be that Chick-fil-A was reliable. Clearly, not anymore.
Avoid this location and maybe all of them. I travel throughout the country and this is a pattern.

I don’t usually write these reviews, but I just can’t hold it in. This man in the striped shirt, The man Alex Booth. When he delivered me my food at a wondeful and timely pace with a smile on that beautoful face, he made sure I wanted NO sauce. Then said “are you sure,” I said “yes” and although I did not want more sauce, I felt connected to the Walpole Chic Fil A, and I genuily felt that if I needed anything, an ambulance, or even just a hug in this difficult world I would get my needs met. I have never felt this in any other establishment. I went into this, quite honestly expecting a lackluster expirences, but to my suprise Mr booth took me under his wing and made me feel like this was more than about just food. I would also give some credit to the other coworker, they were truly lovely! However, someone stood out. I think you know who. Anyhoo, moving forward, as I embark on this journey leaving chic fil a, I’m leaving with a new perspective on life. I feel like we could all learn something from him. That the world needs more smiles, more people who genuily care. In this unpredictable, world it’s important to have something to rely on, and that is this etablishment, where I feel warm, welcome, and truly at home. YOU HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE.

Second time in a row they messed up my order.from reading the reviews it’s obvious that this location needs new management. Don’t worry about asking my name, focus on getting the orders right. Hopefully they will figure out the management team is sub par and make the necessary changes.

December 19 2024 AM- The good: Workers are always friendly. Very clean new location. The bad: My third time there. The first 2 were for lunch at the drive thru, which both times I was handed the wrong order and waited a very long time to get my lunch. Today was breakfast at the drive thru. There were no other cars before or behind me. My meal took 5 minutes to get my order and the portions for $10 was ridiculously small. Barely any food, no weight to the bag and the cola tasted flat. Maybe need to wait a few months before I return. Some work needed for sure.

So this is my second time to try this place. I am all set. I can’t believe I just spent$14 on a 4 PC tender meal. That chicken isnt even filling enough for a kids meal. You should be ashamed taking people’s money and handing them such small portions. I ordered taco bell just to make sure I had enough to eat. Keep your chicken, its not impressive

Manager Alicia was so rude when I came in for a third time had to leave my work because my order was missing items, her attitude was terrible especially for being a manger of chic fila doesn’t meet up to chic fila customers service standards. I was shocked to have had this experience here as I’ve been to multiple locations I’ve never been treated this way by a manager. Hopefully this is corrected so that other people aren’t deterred away from this location.

It seems like people only leave reviews when they have a bad experience. I almost passed by because of the negative reviews. But honestly, I have to say – a sandwich, coffee, hash browns, and sauce for just $8.66? And everything tasted pretty good! Definitely worth it!

I had an amazing experience here at Chick-fil-a Walpole. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The service was quick and the food was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back!
