i went to chick fil a with my family and it was an amzing experience like always! i got the spicy deluxe sandwich meal which comes with the spicy sandwich, fries and a drink. instead of a drink i got a awsome chocolate milkshake! that is my go to chick fil a order when i go there. i encourage everyone to try the garden erb ranch there, its the best ranch ive ever had! once a again chick fil a never fails to impress me!

I love Chick Fil A and this one is no exception! Even though it was busy lunch hour, the service was very fast! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean. This is one of the few places you can bring the kids to play in the indoor playground on cold or rainy days. Our food was hot and delicious. Awesome place overall!

One thing about customer service is, “don’t lie!” This is not a Chick Fil A rule or practice. This is something that you all have decided. Great! I ordered three meals and only asked for waters. You couldn’t give me 3 medium waters?!?! This is ridiculous.

Super quick friendly service as is expected at a Chick-fil-A. Food is same quality as expected as well. Consistent breading, good crunch, cooked well. Food was ready in just a couple minutes. Easy access right off the highway.

Every time we drive the Mass Pike thru Chicopee (on our way to Maine), we stop here for a meal. We are never disappointed. This time we stopped for breakfast, and everything was DELICIOUS! The employees at the drive-thru smiled, and were friendly, and genuinely thanked us for stopping by. My husband and I stopped at the Chicopee Mass. location. Our first time at a Chick-fil-A. The employees were pleasant and patient while we decided what to order. We had the chicken sandwiches. The chicken was a real filet, very flavorful, tender and juicy. We were very impressed!

Delicious! The first Chick-fil-A in the area, and it’s a big hit! The line was out the door when I visited. We ordered via the mobile app to skip the line. Lots of seats available, which is good because they need it here.
Staff is very friendly, in particular Deborah was beyond welcoming, always checking on people, passing out mints, and making you feel valued and like you were apart of the family. Keep up the great work!

Driving by the restaurant from the MA Pike, we saw a line of cars in the drive thru. Thinking “did we make a mistake going here?”…. but the line moved VERY quickly… no mistake made, awesome service and of course, great food!
