Is the best chicharron you can find in Houston, a good piece of meat and skin well fried and flavored.
Definitely, I’ll come back again.

The food is good . The service is not good at all !!!!! There are plenty of ladies behind the counter looking at each other while the customer waits for the food. I personally take great service over great food. I hope the owner takes care of this issue.

Chicharrón was really good, a lot better than most places I’ve tried. Barbacoa and carnitas were also very good. Definitely going back.

Waited a hour so they could open….Purchased 1 lb of barbacoa….it was terrible almost like if it was uncooked boiled meat! The watery juices were just coming out of the plastic bag looked runny like old meat juice and to top it all off it had zero zero zero flavor! Straight up boiled meat! Never again! I also had their tripas which were not that bad but still were chewy. I ordered some chicharrón as well…now that…that’s where the money is at. If you ever decide to come to this place do not get anything else but The chicharrón! The staff was friendly, service was fast and the atmosphere was like your typical neighborhood carry out Mexican place.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but it used to be good. It seems like it’s been going downhill for the past year. This week, we bought barbacoa and menudo, and both were terrible. The barbacoa was fatty and stringy, and the menudo had an oil slick on top, in addition to micro-blobs of fat throughout. It looked like they purposefully chopped up fat and added it to the menudo.
