Great service. Liked the vibe. Ceviche “Midtown” hell yes – very good! Beef or Chicken Saltido – nope, not much seasoning. The Chupe de Camaro (chowder) was really flavorful. Also, the house made fruit juice was good.

This was the star of the night — deeply savory, richly aromatic and full of perfectly cooked seafood. The rice had that ideal texture: tender but not mushy, and infused with a smoky sweet, well-seasoned depth. Every bite was layered with crunch, chewy, sweetness, and satisfying.
✨ Ceviche Copa Carretillera
Bright, zesty, and incredibly fresh. The ceviche had the perfect hint of citrus (from the lime) without overwhelming the fish. The crunchy chips and corn instantly lifts your mood with its freshness.
✨ Lomo Saltado a la Antigua
Bold, comforting, and beautifully executed. The beef was tender and coated in a rich, umami sauce, and the vegetables still had their integrity. The fries soaked up just enough of the stir-fry juices to become addictive. It’s everything you want Lomo Saltado to be.
Overall, Chicha delivered a memorable evening. The flavors were authentic, the plating thoughtful, and the atmosphere warm. We left feeling like we’d just travel to Peru and back, a new favorite spot in Roseville.

This is such a rare GEM! A truly authentic Peruvian eatery to rival those I used to visit in my hometown of North County SD coastal towns like Carlsbad, Solana Beach, etc. The food is delicious, the seafood is fresh without the strong fishy stench, only the sweet smell of just prepared fillets; calamari cooked just enough to render it soft instead of chewy. The main dish aggregates moist strips of beefsteak, still crunchy slivers of peppers & fries, sweet onions, and a sunny-side-up egg atop a mound of aromatic whitish rice. The ceviche featured mounds of the large yellowish ears of corn I am fond of for not only the toasted flavor but also especially for the melodic and acoustical crunch! The large open space is decorated with clean simple tables & chairs; the ambiance filled by the enticing lull of Latin music as the TV displays quaint settings of Peru (I think, as I’ve never been there). The staff are at once courteous and friendly, accommodating. And informative: there is live music every Saturday night! What more can one ask for?

Amazing food, amazing service! It was our 1st time in Roseville, we stumbled upon this place. Very cozy, quiet, and romantic place for lunch. Diego, our server was great! The owner was also very nice and offered a lot of good suggestions. We enjoyed all of our orders. I have been craving ceviche and I found this place to serve good ones. We were not asked how we wanted the steak to be cooked, came out medium well. The taste of all the dishes were not too strong. Will come back again1
