Stopped by after an eye appointment bc I was ravenous! I ordered the pork belly, shrimp, and chicken taco…which I think is a good combo when you’re trying a new place. They were so DELICIOUS! I almost didn’t get a picture. Not many places do chicken tacos well but these were seasoned and so good. Its a cold shrimp taco and I loved it. The toppings and texture on the pork belly taco were divine, mine fell off while I was driving and I put them right back. I’ll be back

I. Love. This. Place. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I’ve always left satisfied and happy. I’m usually a carnitas person (and their carnitas is top notch) but I want to put a shout out for the sweet potato and black bean taco… holy cow… it’s a marvelous bit of magic! Add one to your order just to give it a try – and leave even happier.

Went here for lunch when we visited Staunton. I got the taco lunch deal (two tacos, chips and salsa, and a drink). I chose pork belly (additional dollar since it’s a premium filling I think) and ground beef. It was a good quick lunch!

This place has absolutely the best tacos, just wow !!! They offer a decent variety to choose from, and I think we’ve tried a few of them. My goodness, they were delicious. The service was super friendly, and the staff was really helpful. If you’re in Staunton and looking for a great meal, give this spot a try. You won’t be disappointed. ✨️

I’m glad I finally got to give this place a try. Chicano Boy taco has some tasty food. Don’t let the small size of the place fool ya. They have some big fresh flavor being cooked up right beside ya if you’re sitting inside. If it’s nice out there is plenty outside seating and best of all the outside seating is dog friendly! Bring them wagging tails with ya. The food looks good, tastes good, and you get a decent amount for the money. The sauces you can get are delicious, fresh, and can bring a little heat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely going back when I’m in the area. You should definitely go get something tasty from Chicano Boy Taco!

Tacos are meh, overpriced and the tortillas weren’t great. Chicken isn’t very good. However the nachos were very good, and worth the money, definitely can be shared by two people. The steak fajita filling was the best one, and the only one I’d really think about getting again.

I was in town and decided to check out Chicano Boy Taco, and let me tell, pretty cool stuff! This little spot is packing some serious fresh flavor. A smaller sized place that packs—big flavors being made in small batches throughout the day. From hand smashed fresh refried beans (see pic, it not from a can like many restaurants do. It’s fresh!!) to their fresh made salsas and taco fillings. If the weather’s good, their outdoor seating is perfect (and dog-friendly too!). The food looks and tastes great, and you get a good bang for your buck. The staff is friendly and helpful. I see the passion and commitment to amazing food and experience here. The continuous communication between kitchen staff and the meticulous way they handle food properly when they prepare it. It is refreshing to see passionate people who care about doing amazing work.

Incredible food and wonderful staff. We got all the vegetarian options for tacos and a burrito, and everything was SO flavorful and filling and there’s no end to the unique and spicy salsas they include (try them all!). We were just passing through and I wish we had one of these where I live… I would come every week.
