Bought a Chicago hot dog and a Italian beef sandwich, the dog, was totally trash, no minced onion, no tomato wedge, no sport peppers, no lime green relish, no poppy seed bun, and an over cooked dog that was more like a jerky stick! The beef was big, lots of meat! But it was flavorless, no herbs and spices whatsoever! Just bla! Absolutely terrible! Just go to Judy’s on Lisbon, I’m 55 from Chicago, i know what I’m talking about! My sister and I came in and ordered gyro sandwiches, gyro meat was skimpy but good. The tzatziki sauce was so spoiled and sour tasting. We came back and let him know to check his sauces and without even tasting it to see for his self he went off on us telling us how is it spoiled. I’m like well if you taste it you will see what we are talking about. No apology, no refund but instead told us we can get something else. If the sauce is spoiled ain’t no telling what else unhealthy in this place. Please don’t waste your money here

The food is always fresh and hot, the man behind the counter is always nice and patient while you place an order, and mild sauce is extra but it’s worth it because it’s the only place that understands me when I ask for extra miles sauce on everything. The chicken wings and sandwiches come with plenty for a fair price. I also love the hours because if I wake up in the middle of the night hungry, I know I can go to them and their menu has a lot of options. You can’t go wrong here.

To begin I called to place my pickup order he was very rude and rushy. Didn’t want to answer questions much at all. I asked how long until pick up and he said 10 minutes and then proceeded to ask me so you’re coming so you’re coming I said yes hung up the phone 10 minutes later. I’m getting a call from an unknown number. I answer and it’s him saying my Food is ready And am I coming? I responded yes I just told you that I’m on my way. I get there and he tells me the total and it’s about 14 extra dollars then what it supposed to be according to his online menu him more online Says? He proceeds to tell a snippy attitude online old online old. I told him well you updated it misleading. My total was supposed to be 24. It ended up being $38.63. He adds an extra $.50 if you’re using your card I’m already frustrated. Already overwhelmed. I go to my car and get cash. $100 bill. He doesn’t know that I’ve already done the math on my phone and continues to Give me my change, which is short I confront him that my change is wrong and he clueless and then proceeds to give me the correct change He is finishing up my order. He is throwing my drinks in the bag and why are you throwing my drink? Have a misleading menu are overcharging and giving me incorrect change on purpose? Overall rude and not buisness like at all . My catfish didn’t have any flavor my pizza puff was pretty much empty just crust.

Many red flags, extremely unhygienic, unsanitary, old and spoiled food, I should have left but I was hungry and they was the only place open. First off the Italian Beef Sandwich and fries was $18.99. Thats high but I was hungry. The guy was touching everything and I mean EVERYTHING without washing his hands, no gloves at all and touching the food bare hand. I was hungry so I prayed over it. Took two bites out the sandwich and the meat tasted sour, the sausage in the middle of the sandwich tasted spoiled and dried out. The fries even tasted stale. In the trash it went! I should have just went home after the first red flag. NEVER AGAIN!!! Basically wasted $20. I Will never come here again.
