I always go eat there in the evening to eat but today i decided to do ubereat. I ordered a rice and spicy miso with corns. Soup was so salty i couldnt eat and noodles were all stuck together and so hard, i wasnt sure if i was supposed to boil this or not. But again, if i did – it would the be even saltier. Everything was delicious. On the table there is fresh herbs and spices which is very nice because I like EXTRA garlic in my ramen. Only thing is that the food was sitting on the pick up counter for like 5-6 minutes, food was a little cold once it arrived to our table. Also, I ordered a marinated egg with my ramen but it was cold in the middle. Overall it was delicious food but service could be better.

On a business trip saw this close by. You enter and there is no direction. Is it wait to be seated or like a ramen counter and just sit? You aren’t sure and stood at the door for over five minutes until the staff realized I wasn’t a food service driver.
I sat at the counter, and it was clean, well stocked, and despite the full dining area it was pleasant and not terribly loud.
The food came quickly. The calamari, was severely over saturated with a harsh soy/yuzu concoction, and why was it served with Kewpie??. So salty that it was hard to get past a few bites. The ramen was served at the same time.
Ramen may be a simple dish bit requires care, and mastery. It looked ok, but for some reason was served ina tiny bowl. The broth was almost not to be found, and was thicker than any I’ve ever been served. Yes miso ramen can be a heartier broth but it shouldn’t be like mud.
After one sip the salt hits you, and overpowers any other flavour. I tried a noodle as I managed to fish it from the sludge but it was complete mush.
I had two bites so calamari, one sip of broth, and a noodle. Enough to know that this isn’t any place that I will ever return.

I really like this place, it’s a good hearty bowl of soup. I tend to get the same thing over and over cause I’m a creature of habit. We come here every month or so. And the experience has always been consistent.
I will preface this with how I found them. Originally I tried ordering from the through door dash and both times they messed up the order and required me to come to the Resturant to get my order. The first time I ate at the counter and realized how good it was, so I tried to order from dd again and again they messed up the order. When it comes to delivery let’s say I don’t bother anymore. I will not do it because I just end up having to come anyway. So once I realized this, I figured if I want good ramen I’ll just eat in.
The food is really good, we’ve had the gyoza which is delicately fried and comes with a nice spicy mayo. The shrimp shumai was also pretty solid. I get the white miso ramen which supposedly takes 4 days to make the broth. I don’t know what they do bust it is so delicious and savory. The noodles are perfect with a nice hunk of pork floating on top. My daughter normally gets the chicken ramen and there is enough to take home. It’s our daddy daughter spiny and we love coming here.
Service is ok, seem to have a lot of turnover but like I said the experience is always consistent.
The decor is cute and fine for a soup spot. Like I said I come here regularly and will continue to do so. The price is right, the food is good and it keeps your belly warm.

Best ramen around! I used to work in a ramen shop. I eat here all the time, and have tried many dishes on their menu, and they do everything right. Their Tsukumen is especially good. Eduardo, the head chef, is the man. He really knows what is doing behind the ramen counter. Service is quick and everything is hot till the last bite. Their noodles are bouncy and a little chewy with a nice bite. Their broths are different than a lot of more Westernized ramen, paying more homage to funky Japanese flavors. It’s affordable, and an all around great experience every time.

We ordered the Veggie Ramen. It was just okay, the ramen was a bit spicy which I didn’t mind but the broth was not creamy as I would have expected. Further the noodles were not chewy egg noodles but felt thicker and softer. Finally some of the ingredients felt not as fresh and tasty as I would have expected.

I’ve been here countless times, they know me at this point. Funnily Somehow I realized I haven’t written a review so here I am. This placehad been nothing but phenomenal each and EVERY time I’ve been. They never miss. Every bowl is perfection. Mabo Tofu is an absolute favorite!

I ordered the white miso ramen with pork. It was outstanding. Pork was done perfectly. The miso broth is just what I love. It’s got thick flavorable not too salty miso. They added other vegetables and seaweed in it. Including corn. The ramen itself was delicious. Perfectly cooked Al Dente.
